Domino's Pizza, Philadelphia PA

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. Food never came and they hung up the phone 3 times over the hour and a half we were waiting. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

We've tried ordering from this Domino's location a number of times and are consistently let-down by it. They have failed to get the order right almost every time and when a replacement pizza was offered, they didn't make the proper notes in our file and then wouldn't replace it when we called. We had THE WORST customer service experience we've ever had at a Dominos.

Yesterday I went to place my order for carry out and a white lady she took my order then when she finished at the cash register she didn’t wash her hands and started making orders. She was really nasty talking unprofessional!

We placed an order. The order was placed at 4pm. The order was delivered at 5: 45pm. The food cost around $86. Between 4pm and 5: 45pm we placed three calls with this location. Every time, we were reassured that the driver was just around the corner. When we asked whether the food was going to be delivered hot and fresh, we were told that "yes, of course". When we wanted to speak with the manager, the representative stated the manage would not be in until 9pm.
So, once we got the order got delivered, the food was very cold. The sauces we paid for were missing. The soda was missing. The pizza with pepperoni smelled like public sewage in 1700s. The wings were moist, cold, and they stank too. We threw away more than half of the food. We called the location around 9pm. The location did not have a manager. Someone who we spoke with refused to give his name. The representative was rude and unprofessional. He kept interrupting us, spoke over us, and kept raising his voice at us. WE are now disputing the charge. This location is a scam.

Me and my coworker from work ordered from this Domino's place around 11: 50pm to have the food delivered to us and they said they were on there way over here and it is 1: 46 they have not came to deliver are food and there menu says there open Sunday through Saturday we ordered Tuesday night and I know Monday through Thursday they close at 2 we even tried calling them to see where are order was at and they kept picking up and putting us on hold because they didn't wanna come and deliver are food to us and honestly I felt like that was really rude and really disrespectful for you guys to take down are order and not come to deliver it and when we tried contacting you guys you guys kept putting us on hold no excuse at all

I ordered three pizzas for starters they were all burnt. Secondly one of my pizzas had so much hair cooked in it it was ridiculous. I will not be back there ever again!

Called to confirm my phone number was correct on the order. The person who answered my phone call confirmed my phone number was incorrect. I asked for my number to be updated then was promptly hung up on because she didn’t know how to change it in her system. Sorry for paying you to do your job.

Worst dominos I’ve ever experienced. My orders are wrong three out of four times (if not ever time) especially if I order after 12. The pasta I ordered looked like an absolute disgrace. It’s not the drivers fault but the manager and phone staff are beyond rude refused to resend what I ordered and paid for

Called 3 times to place a delivery order. No one answered. This location also doesn't work with the Domino's app. I guess I won't be getting Pizza here anytime soon

Absolutely the most trash experience I've ever had ordering food. The food took almost three hours to arrive after I haven't already ate for 2 days. The restaurant did not answer any of my phone calls out of desperate starvation. In retrospect, I wish I starved to death instead of having to try to enjoy this cold food that arrived hours late. This dominos location is an embarrassment to the human race. Holy moly.

Honestly it tastes so good. Alarmingly reliable pizza. Never had an issue with delivery or order issues.

Domino's is pretty much the same everywhere you go. The staff here are pretty rude, but they do make great greasy pizzas and bread knots. This place is always a madhouse and the staff runs around like crazy trying to get all the pizzas out the door.

Order is consistently incorrect. I even decided to pick up my order once to prevent getting the wrong order. They ended up delivering it to my door though. So I had to wait for it to come back to the store. At least the order was correct though.

You can improve your app by making the login email easier to use with voice to text. Always use a symbol"@" rather than the word don't put spaces between the words either.

They took over 4 hours to deliver my pizza. During this time I ended up calling 10 times total for ~5 minutes each time and no one ever answered. I ended up tweeting at dominos corporate and they said the store would be in touch with me but it’s been 2 days and no one has called. As I write this, I have been on hold with them for 10 minutes. I will never order dominos from here again. I didn’t even get to sign a receipt. He just handed me the pizza and left without a word.

Don’t ever go to that store! Rude ass employees with f**cked attitude I wish I could give zero star!

Delivery person gave my pizza to someone else who claimed it was theirs and when I finally got ahold of someone at the store they said it would take 5 hours after the original delivery time to get a new one. Didn't even offer compensation for giving my already paid for pizza away and making me wait so long. Also had to call about 20 times before I could talk to someone in the store.

Rude customer service.

I called in to place an order for delivery. She said “call me back” and hung up.

I called back and i placed my order she told me it would be 5.99 plus delivery. Delivery guy came and it was 16+ dollars for a medium pizza.

Super rude.

Every single time I order from the app or online the mess my order up and send a plain pizza regardless of what I actually ordered.
