Great service from Donahue’s. Todd was excellent in servicing our heat pumps, provided a lot of information, and fielded every question I had. He spent a considerable amount of time checking everything. I won’t hesitate to call for all future routine service and any emergency service that may be needed. Very impressed by the value received. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

My wife and I are still weighing through the benefits of a new system (which are no doubt worth it) but I just wanted to post about how great this experience has been so far: Kevin has been super helpful, patient, and has explained everything very well. They've been the most informative AND affordable quote that we've had, the other competitors in the area are absolutely insane with what they think they can charge, but Donahue's has been very reasonable for a quality system, so we're really excited at the notion of having them as our HVAC provider!

First off I have to tell you working with your company was great. I was in a bind before the holidays with my furnace and made the mistake of calling a different company. I got an initial quote which seemed way too much and felt like I was being taken advantage of. After doing a little bit of research I reached out to Donahue's and told them my situation and pretty much confirmed my suspicion. I was able to cancel my first company and Zach Knaus was sent out from your company to service my furnace and he was fantastic. He did his own analysis and explained everything in detail on what the problem was and fixed it. I felt I was charged appropriately which was 1/3 the cost of my original estimate from the company I canceled. It's good to know that you can call a company (Donahue's) and not feel you've been raked over the coals and taken advantage of in an emergency situation. Let Zach know I appreciated his expertise and everyone at Donahue's that took my call and set up my appointment, all very professional from start to finish. You have definitely earned any future business (knock on wood) that I may encounter.

Just had them install a gas boiler in our home; very professional from start to finish! They made the installation painless and removed the old unit and hauled away.work and entry area was spotless afterwards also. Levi and Bridge were our (2) main installers and did an excellent job!

Travis was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took extra time to explain the new system to me and made sure that I was comfortable with the WiFi thermostat before he left.

Todd performed a routine maintenance on my furnace. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He fixed an issue before it escalated into something bigger. He gave me a lot of good information on maintaining the furnace and proper installation and usage of carbon monoxide detectors! He helped me out with a great service plan for future maintenance issues as well. So happy that I chose Donahue's and that Todd was my technician.

We purchased our furnace from Donahue's many years ago, and they have serviced our furnace the entire time. All issues are handled promptly and with professionalism. I can't say enough about their knowledgable service technicians. We just had an issue, and Tim was the technician today. This is the second time Tim has helped us with a furnace problem. He is very knowledgable and takes the time to answer all questions and explains the issues and remedy. At no point have I ever felt as if I was being misled by any Donahue Service technician. This is a company that I trust and would recommend them for anyone looking for Heating and cooling products and services.

I will absolutely call Donahue's again for any heating and cooling needs I have! I worked with a couple people, I cannot recall the other individual's name, but Rod was the one who figured out the actual problem with my system and fixed it quickly. Being this close to Winter, I was surprised he could come out as fast, but I'm very thankful Rod was able to fix my furnace. He did an amazing job, very quick and thorough, and friendly. Alex and the boys installed a packaged air conditioner/heat pump unit for me today (11/30) and were in and out in no time, working efficiently, cleaned up and removed old unit. Am always pleased with work done by Donahue, s workmen.

Last year my heatpump broke for the 5th time in 5 years, it is a newer system so I just figured it was a lemon and it must be replaced due to its lack of reliability. I decided to call around for some quotes and Donahues sent out Kevin to give us a consultation. Kevin came out and asked what was happening, he then made a few phone calls and was able to diagnose an airflow issue. I hired them to fix the the ducts and haven't had any issues since. Their honesty saved me about 10k + and because of that I cannot recommend them enough.

Had an emergency call for my thermostat not working. Rod came to the rescue. Extremely knowledgeable and also gave great advice for my furnace maintenance. Thanks Rod!

My furnace needed repaired this past Saturday. I called 3 other companies before Donahues, all of their websites said they take emergency calls. None of the other companies answered or returned my calls. I’m very happy I called Donahues! They have an option for emergency calls on their voice recording. I spoke with two ladies from the office immediately and the repair man was looking at my furnace less than 2 hours later. Unfortunately, the parts for the repair were not available at the time so my repair man brought over some electric heaters to use until Monday (free of charge)! I received a call Monday morning that another repair man would be over to install the new parts for the furnace. By 2pm on Monday, I had working heat and paid way less than what I was originally quoted on Saturday. Thanks Donahues!

Once again Donahue's comes through the day after i called with a furnace issue. Chris and Alex F were prompt, professional and courteous. They explained the issue and what caused it and even how to prevent it. I won't call anyone else

We called Donahue's on Memorial Day weekend in 2018 when we realized our ac wasn't working properly. Bryan arrived at our house in less than an hour, he was professional, courteous and informative. He explained everything he found, gave us all our options and answered all my questions. Start to finish, my experience with Donahue's was a very positive experience.

I again contacted Donahue's in October 2023 to inspect our furnace for the upcoming winter, initially I was put on their schedule for a few months out but they put me on their cancellation schedule and were able to fit me in the same day. Jeremy called when he was on his way. He was polite, professional and informative. Again, Donahue's was a positive experience.

Rod was amazing! He got my furnace running and really helped me out of a tight spot! God bless Donahue's!
