Responsiveness was prompt with Janine which made the process go smooth. Fence was installed without any hiccups.

Great sales and service installation was fabulous. Don and Janine were friendly and professional. Would and have recommended them to friends and neighbors.

As others have said, the owner Don Castillo had temper tantrums and my first mistake was assuming that they knew what they were doing. My second mistake was choosing them to install my fence and trusting them with the work. We had 238 feet of aluminum fencing installed with 4 different gates.

The day after the fence was installed I called and spoke with the owner to tell him the gates were not working properly, there were various aspects that were not working properly but the most obvious was the uneven install of the gates. The gate scrapes against the concrete since it is very tight at the hinge side and only has a small amount of clearance on the opposite side.
The owners response immediately went into a temper tantrum about how he's not coming back to address our complaint without charging for it because he already spent more time on the job than planned due to some extra digging he said he had to do that he hadn't accounted for. I asked what he was referring to since he came, evaluated the job, and provided a cost to do it. If extra digging was involved than he expected, it was his own fault. He wound up getting very snippy and hung up.

We lived with the problems for years because the gates aren't used that frequently and we just dealt with it. As time went by, we slowly realized just how poor the installation of the fencing was as we noticed gate posts loosening and leaning every which way. Our gate posts are all supposed to be 8 feet tall with 2 feet below ground. The posts loosened so much that they can be moved up and down and we were able to actually pull the post out of its hole. When we did this, we could measure the post length and see that they are only about 6 and a half feet in total length with only 4-6 inches in the ground! The hole size and depth for the posts used is absurdly undersized.

The photos speak for themselves. There is no misunderstanding or wiggle room here. The posts were supposed to be 8 feet tall with 2 feet in the ground and they are not. I am now faced with spending thousands of dollars to fix what was never done correctly from the beginning. That makes me very unhappy and fueled this well deserved review. Our next step is to consult with a lawyer over the easily proven breach of contract and pursue reimbursement to have the fencing properly installed.

It was a great addition of a fence to my backyard. They were so quick and professional getting the job done right. When I had damage from a branch falling on my fence they were so helpful getting it replaced. I would definitely recommend to everyone!
