We had a good idea of what we were looking for before we went to the store, but the salesperson was very helpful and answered our remaining questions with excellent detail. Our delivery experience was also excellent, with professional, courteous, and careful service. We look forward to working with Don’s again in the future!

James at Washington Road store was very helpful to answer all my questions about dishwashers, drawer microwaves and exhaust hoods. He handled my purchase without issue when I called the store two hours after my visit.
Joshua and Gary arrived at the early part of the estimated arrival time frame. Both were patient and pleasant. It was decided to abort installation as the home water supply to old dishwasher couldn’t be turned off. Josh was very apologetic for the challenge, especially three days before Christmas. As team was packing up and leaving, my husband was able to get water supply shut off and we waived guys back as they were leaving the driveway. After confirming water shutoff, the new machine was installed and the old one removed to dishwasher. With electronic communication from installation team and Don’s Appliances, Joshua was frustrated and unsure what to do but he did not allow that to impede his work for us.
I chose Don’s Appliances over big box stores for their large inventory, expedient delivery and installation, and a locally owned business. I have more appliance purchases in the coming year and will definitely make Don’s my first stop.

I have now had the opportunity to interact with the salesmen at Don‘s appliances twice. Both times, not only did they go above and beyond to do anything they could do to accommodate myself as well as other customers, but they were also friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use Don’s Appliances simply because of the service I received from both Jacob and James! This place is a gem in my back yard.

The two men who came to install my new washer were wonderful! They made sure everything was working before they left and they were very efficient and friendly! I will definitely use Don’s Appliances again in the future!

Jacob, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful assisting me in choosing a new dishwasher. I chose the Bosch 800 series. The delivery was scheduled at my convenience. Delivery was on time and easy to track on the app. Billy and Brice, the installers, were professional, efficient, and polite. They answered all of my questions and cleaned up. This is the third appliance I've purchased from Don's in the past two years. I'm very happy with the appliances and the service. I highly recommend Don's Appliances to my family and friends.

I met my wife while buying a fridge a Don's appliances! Just kidding. But that would the only way to make this experience better. I could write a 5 start review for every part of the process: James the sales guy, the selection of in-stock stuff, quick & easy delivery. Prices were exactly what my research said they should be. If Don's starts a dating service, I'll be the first one to sign up.

The two installers worked very quickly, were very infornative and overall very professional. 5 star service.

From sales to delivery & installation everything was great. Victor & another delivery man were prompt, courteous & professional. They quickly installed my washer & dryer then tested them & clearly explained how to operate them. Having just moved to the area, I certainly plan on using Don’s Appliances again.

Can’t say enough about James Hayes and his ability to help me find the dishwasher with the features I wanted. He did the same thing for me a few months ago when I purchased a washer/dryer and refrigerator. He knows his products. BTW, installation was great.

Much better options than big box stores. They had everything I needed. They look great in my kitchen!
