I have been so pleased with my whole experience with Don’s Appliances. To start, they had the desired dishwasher in stock and set up much appreciated, prompt delivery. The installers arrived as scheduled wearing face masks. They were professional and did a great installation. The guys covered my floor and left no mess. Will return to Don’s when next appliance needs to be replaced.

If I could rate a 10 I would. First, Bob Robertson was professional, helpful and very delightful! I purchased my dishwasher on a Wednesday and it was delivered and installed the following day by two professional young servicemen (Billy & Bryce.) I can't say enough about Don's Appliance. Don't think twice about going elsewhere for any of your major appliance needs! Don't is the best!

Purchased a gas range from the Pittsburgh store and had to come to this location to pick it up. All contactless system. I called the number on my receipt and within 2 minutes a gentleman brought the unit out and loaded it in my truck. Very smooth transition

Experience was fine until delivery/installation. Installers left my floors a mess. Never removed their shoes and tracked in slush, snow and salt. Had to spend 2 hours cleaning my entry way, carpeted steps, hardwood floors and tile. Also found bits of copper wire everywhere and some kind of tar stuck to my kitchen tile near the installation. Have photos of all surfaces. Asked if they were going to cleanup prior to their departure and they said they were not obligated to do so. Really? Response from Don's: "We have forwarded this to the appropriate manager. "; that's it, no follow-up.no reparations. Another typical retailer. Not sure why they ask about consumer's experience when they obviously could care less. I guess once they are paid it no longer matters.

I have gotten appliances from Lowe's before and I swore I never would again. Getting my new refrigerator and microwave from Don's was so easy and convenient. I will never go anywhere else again.

For a truck driver doing drop and hooks, this place is crazy! No room, trucks parked wherever they feel like it, No parking lot organization, whatsoever, sure hope when the new building is done, it is better than this one!

Never been here, but after witnessing one of the drivers get out of his truck before leaving the gas station I work at, because someone who was pulling out behind him left their gas cap open, to close it for them, I just might! I hope this gets back to him because it was really kind of him!

Terrible I ordered a part. I was told to pick it up at this location the next day. They called the next day left a voice mail to pick it up and they close at 4: 30. I got there at 1pm the sales clerk said parts close at noon! Store was an hour away I wasted my time and gas!

Don’s appliance is the best! I cancelled a laundry dryer with Home Depot after getting the run around for 2 weeks. I called Don’s on a Monday and they delivered the dryer on Thursday at 8: 00 a.m. Very professional delivery guys. Their own employees deliver too. The big box stores do not care about quality service. Don’s delivers first rate quality service.

I had 2 dishwashers with recall replacement parts installed by Paul H. It was such a positive experience. He is very knowledgeable and helped with some potential problems as well (water tubing starting to kink). I appreciated his helpful tips and quick Dishwasher 101 class on Use/Maintenance!

We recently had a knob replaced on our stove and I was very happy with everything from the scheduling to the service itself. Jeff arrived with everything necessary to get the job done and protect the flooring and counters. He answered questions with patience and accuracy. He stated that he enjoyed working for a family run company. I do believe it's time for the washer and dryer to break, and when they do I will be certainly heading to Don's Appliances.

Eric, Matt and Kourt were absolutely the best deliveres ever! Not only did their kindness and enthusiasm make my delivery perfect, they carefully moved things to make room and put everything back as ir was! I could not have had a better experience.

My freezer stopped working & I called Don's Appliances & spoke to Rebecca Frazier in Service. I wanted a tech to come & look at it, but she asked how old it was & advised me to look into purchasing a new one instead of having a tech look at it since it was 13 years old. The next day our fridge went too so contacted her again & she was very helpful & knowledgeable to get us set up ordering a new one. It took about a week to get in & the next day it was delivered & hooked up. I appreciated Rebecca's help in solving our problem of not having a workable refrigerator. Thanks Rebecca for all your help! We will definitely go to Don's when we have another appliance break down.

A good experience with our recent washer purchase from Don's! Jeff helped lead us through the many brands, features and choices available today and helped us narrow down our selection. Josh and Jeremy provided outstanding service with the delivery and installation. They were friendly and took their time in thoroughly explaining the key operating features of the new washer.
