Don's Tree Services, Wilkes-Barre PA

I was very pleased with Don's Tree Service. They removed a large maple tree from our backyard and trimmed a large oak tree. Only had to wait 2 weeks after was given the estimate. No call no show in my book 1strike your out no website can't leave a message and can't leave a voicemail it's always full a waste of time

Called and got an estimate for tree removal, honestly didnt care about the price, I need a dead tree removed from my yard. Was told 3 weeks, never heard back. I called back in a month and was told the same thing and never heard from him again. Not a good way to do business.

Unreliable. Doesn't answer the phone. Doesn't show up to do the job. Doesn' follow up with customers. The only thing good was the price quoted for the job.

They were hired by the borough to cut down trees and had my vehicle blocked in my driveway at 9: 00am they we’re asked if they could move and they refused saying there was enough room to get out which there was not. But the way they handled it when I came out to asked them. The guy in the bucket truck came down screaming and hollering at me for yelling over all their equipment to answer him. Very unprofessional for a company to treat anyone in that manner for blocking them in and not allowing them to leave.

Don and his team are some of the best arborists around he’s not like most companies that will come down and just chop down trees and let them drop! He actually educates you on what he does and does things the right way!

Got a quote for stump grinding and agreed on a price. Said it would be about 2 to 3 weeks. It's now 6 weeks. Won't answer phone and voicemail is full. Job got done by Apex Tree. Call them.

Did half of what he quoted. Charged extra $100 without notice. Left woodchips in yard. Never took logs that he said he would. Said he would return but never did. Third tree guy, they're all alike.

This has to be the worst customer service ever. Never showed 3 times to do the work and also never called. Price was reasonable but what good is that if he doesn't want to do the work!
