Dorilyn Terrace Apartments

Just returned from a walk around the grounds here at Dorilyn Apartment. I have a new medical situation that stops me from driving.
All the sidewalks are clear and I really enjoy the beautiful oak trees and the people I saw were so friendly. They are friendly in my building also. That is cause they are comfortable and happy here.
Kudos to the staff here. When I work alot I don't really pay as much attention to detail. I give this another 5 stars.

I want to live @ "Water damage Terrace", along with "ALL" the low-life slobs and scumbags, having NO couth, manners, morals, or etiquette, so lazy, that can't put their trash in dumpsters '2 feet away', they should sub-let their apartment, switch places, to pay rent for the rodents, rats and roaches, since they so enjoy, leaving their trash in the hallways, which breeds disease, germs and bugs. No consideration for anyone else, or themselves, Its been a long-life dream, to be subject, to what every normal, decent person, are trying, and hopefully avoiding, taking advantage of what should be a clean, enjoyable, safe, no worry, experience, but nooooo! Hard to avoid unnecessary stress, and everyday non-educated, society's low-prowl mentality, This is becoming way too realistic to accept! Hope the Rapture, comes sooner, than later.

I have to say for a little while now I have been inquiring about viewing/touring an apartment here as it had been a great location at the time for myself. I decided to recently stop in again and the woman Jennifer went above and beyond to answer every question or concern I had about the complex and surrounding area! I was even able to view a unit and tour the property in depth with her and AMAZING is an understatement for my second experience with this property and staff! Upon leaving that day I was beyond sold that this was going to be my new residence, although two days later I was informed that I was being relocated to GA for work and had to once more look for an apartment! If for some reason I EVER relocate back to PA I will POSITIVELY be reaching out to Jennifer in hopes to secure a unit at this property! Professionalism, as was as making me feel as if my questions, concerns and thoughts were extremely valued by the property management and staff. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new home in the area!

When we first moved a pipe exploded into our downstairs neighbors apartment. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because we moved into a vacant apartment in the winter and thought it was just from no one inhabiting the apartment. There were constant times when neighbors dogs would poop in the hallway and it was left for days. Water leaked a total of 3 times into my infant daughters room from the same area in the ceiling and maintenance kept coming out to “fix” it but all they did was spackle. The fire alarm constantly went off at all hours of the day/evening. Building entrance door was broken many times for days and stuck in a propped open position which is concerning since they had previously found a homeless person sleeping in the building next door. There was a major pest control problem as well with ants and mice. We finally moved out and ensured everything was clean and then ended up receiving a bill for cleaning charges anyway. I have pictures of a lot of this as well! I recommend you living elsewhere!

My fiancé and I moved in almost 5 months and so far I have nothing but good things to say. Neighbors have been very nice and welcoming. Catherine deserves a raise. She was so helpful and the reason why we ended up choosing this place to live.

I haven't moved in yet but Catherine the property manager has made the application process smooth and easy for a first time renter. Looking forward to living here and will update as I move in.

I love everything about Dorilyn Terr Apts. The staff is great, when we have any problems, Ms Catherine is right on top of it! Love Her!

I have lived here going on nine years. I have lived in many apartments both private and complexes like Dorilyn Terrace. Every place has speed bumps in life from time to time. I have found that Dorilyn has far less speed bumps than any place I have lived.

I said this because first and foremost is the quality of my Dorilyn team, headed up by the complex manager (CM) Catherine. I have had to deal with four CMs since I moved in. Catherine is heads and tails above the other three. She also personifies passion in her comPASSION for each resident. Catherine is like a pitbull when faced with challenge to help make our lives better as once she tackles a challenge she will not let go. She puts her full commitment to achieve success. She will make a way if there is no way forward.

The Italians have a saying "THE FISH GOES BAD FROM THE HEAD DOWN". The same goes when the head of fish is great.

Catherine is a strong role model for her team Jeff, Chris, and Charlie. They are very professional, polite, courteous and quick to address maintenance issues. They will bend over backwards to make sure things are done right.

The rent is reasonable, but the quality of life is superior. What are you waiting for as Catherine is ready to show you all the things I just talked about and more?

No issues, the office, and maintenance, are top notch in my book. This is what society should be built on. People who are actually concerned about keeping a tight, nice management!

When it comes to concerns either in/outside my apt, and i relate them to Management it is handled either the same day or within a reasonable amount of time. Just an fyi Catherine is easy to talk to and knows her job, and actually listens to me when I talk to her. Believe me that's important.

I just moved in over the weekend and I have nothing but praise. Everything went moving. Met so many nice people here. Catherine's who is in the office is very nice pleasant and helpful
