If you need easy access to the local University, you might consider staying here. Just know that it’s expense and that the rooms are in bad need of a remodel. Only parking is $33.00 night valet and they expect you to tip. Animal pee in the room, queen bed in the room with a king size headboard. Dresser drawer not working, safe broken.

It was a very ok hotel. It seemed not super maintained and wasn't exceedingly cheap considering what it had to offer. I suppose location is it's biggest offering, otherwise it was a very average hotel at best. Parking was also a bit of a chore.

Stayed here during Tekkocon and it was reasonably priced, clean and the staff was super friendly

First off, valet parking for guests was full as we got there, which like OK I get I guess, but the guy in the garage was unnecessarily rude when I pulled in. No I didn't see the sign off to the side and at a weird angle until I was already in the garage. So I parked elsewhere, minor inconvenience. Front desk was extremely polite and I loved them, plus warm cookies was awesome. The room was clean and spacious, except for the bathroom. Now granted, I'm a larger man so I already need more room than most, but this bathroom was so small it was either leave the door open or it could not be opened cause you're in the way. I had a suite, and sure I understand it may not be brand new but man if all the bathrooms are like that, that's insane. The 7/11 in the lobby is a great perk tho

There was a domestic violence/physical altercation situation in the room across from ours and in the hallway which involved screaming children and an all out brawl. Nothing was done about it until multiple hours in when we called the front desk. We were up all night. No refund, discount, or anything offered when we checked out, despite us bringing up the situation. Parking was expensive and the valet guy was rude. Good location

Here for a convention. Other "participating " hotels offered free breakfast and/or dinner. Not here. All we got was a warm cookie on arrival.

The price of hotels closer to the convention center were as much as half what we paid here.

Room was tiny and old but functional. Disappointing.

Great location and friendly service at front desk & valet. They even give you a map upon check-in and help you get around! The pool was super cold!

The room was spacious and the hotel was very clean. We needed a refrigerator and microwave and they brought them to our room. Will definitely stay here again!

I stayed here for a conference. The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the conference location, near a park and in close vicinity to other attractions. The hotel lobby was decorated nicely. Check in went smoothly and everything was correct with my reservation. The front desk personnel were courteous and helpful. The room was huge and had a gorgeous view on one side and it had a reasonable cost. When I checked out, everything was processed correctly. The only issue I had with the general check in/out process was there was only one person and both check in and out seemed to take long for each guest. In the morning when I planned to check out, there was a huge line and I decided to come back a bit later to avoid waiting in line for half an hour.

The room had some cleanliness and maintenance issues though. Nothing serious enough that I felt the need for things to be fixed (I didn't have time either) but they were annoying enough. First, there were drain flies in the bathroom. After seeing two of them, I covered up the drains and avoided the shower and used the tub instead. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly when I got to the room. The couch had worn out cushions. Finally, the door didn't lock properly and needed to be closed in a special way for the latch to catch. I find it strange that these issues weren't reported already by the hotel personnel as they don't look like something that would appear in a day. The rooms were also not too sound proof and I could hear all the noise coming from outside, including the ac right outside one side of the room.

Great check in, staff was helpful and pleasant. Room very nice and clean, checked in early.

Valet parking is mandatory but they don’t have bellman or any carts for luggage. I had to get my multiple bags out in a hurry with my arm in a full cast. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone based on the lack of service.

My husband and I made the reservation through Travelocity.
We were assigned a handicap room.
It didn't have a normal shower, something I have never seen before. The bathroom also didn't have a hair dryer, so we went down to the reception and ask for one. We told the lady that our room didn't have a normal tub or shower, so we asked her if they can move us to another room but she just ignored what we said and just handed me a hair dryer.
They also charged us $33 for parking, when we never entered the parking lot. We guess they only supposed we did. We had to call to get a refund, explaining we never parked the car in their private garage.
Awful experience to be honest, for a "Hilton Hotel" and for the price we paid. Very disappointed!

Clean room. My only complaint valet will not park a 2500 truck in their garage I had to find other parking. Wish this was listed in the website. I would have not been upset if I had know. They won’t park the truck due to the size but a Yukon xl that is the same size is allowed.

Stayed for the Era’s Tour night 1, and WOW! The rooms were clean and spacious, and had an adjoining room to my other companions. They even had a cute little Swiftie party in the lobby. The man at the front desk even waived our valet parking due to one of the showers that stopped working. (We didn’t even ask or hint - just let him know so he could get it fixed for the next guests). I’d definitely recommend and stay here again!

The hotel and staff were nice! Valet parking and retrieving my car were so easy! LOVED the fitness center then a cool down in the pool! Lots of stuff within walking distance!

The one female front desk staff members that checked me in was kind and helpful. The hostess at the restaurant was also kind and helpful. I requested a full room cleaning before 8 am and was told I needed to ask the night before, this is not what is posted in the room. The room had chipping pain on the door to the bathroom and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and in the cracks around the edge of the mirror. The carpet throughout the room was detached from the floor. On the morning of checkout I waiting in a line for over twenty minuets to checkout. There was only one person staffed at the front desk.

I was visiting a friend at the hotel, and it was very modern looking, with an attached restaurant. When entering the room, I was impressed with the living room layout, including a large amount of for space as well as being fully furnished. There was a separate room for the beds, and there was a pleasant bathroom layout. Overall, very pleasant place to stay. They have free cookies here as well

Location is great if you are in town for a conference. Surrounding area has plenty of options to walk to for dinner and the on-site food was pretty good. The staff here are all great, positive and helpful. For a Hilton property though, I was not impressed with the room quality. Very damp in the room and the air quality was very bad. We rented a suite with a fold out couch that had no sheets, comforter or extra pillows. The foldout mattress was really gross and looked like it had never been cleaned. If your asthmatic it had allergies, this is not the hotel for you. I walked away with an upper realities infections. Needs a good renovation here. This place could be really nice. Good luck.

I attended an event and the food and service were wonderful. I did not stay in a guest room.
