Super cute place. Well done. The staff was extra helpful, since this was our first time there for an impromptu date night.
We both had an Arrowhead which was a combo of cookie dough and real ice cream blended together
So thick and creamy you need to eat it with a spoon

Agreeing with the last review, came here for Penn state ice cream, it’s all just turkey hill. Paid 8.75 for a milkshake. Insane how downhill that went.

A few months ago, they used to sell some Penn State Creamery ice cream, which was better quality and ingredients - I was willing to pay a premium price for that. Now they have cut costs to increase their profits - replacing all the good quality ice cream they had with Turkey Hill ice cream, using inferior bendy spoons, cutting their costs and letting you BLINDLY pay more. I’m done supporting this business that has decided to prioritize profits over anything else.
If you want Turkey Hill ice cream, why pay these ripoffs for the worst quality product in the ice cream market? Go to the supermarket and pay the equivalent of 1 scoop for the whole tub.
1 scoop here is $3.75.1 tub at the nearby Giant is $3.79

The shakes are the best! The 45min drive is a small sacrifice for such an amazing treat. Love this place!

The ice creams fine but the weird manager who kept staring at my 15 yr old daughter in the worst way.

The offerings were good. The portions did seem generous for the price. Some of the staff was friendly. There was a worker who seemed like they didn't want to be helpful.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Very clean and the staff was very helpful with his recommendations. The peanut butter pretzel cookie dough was fabulous.

Over priced. $2 for k cup of coffee and they don't even have regular creamer. Almost $10 for milkshake and $7 for ice cream sandwich. Will not return again unless quality and quantity matches these prices. Customer service lacked as well. Staff had poor hospitality and interest in customers.

They have always been decently staffed during these trying times. I’ve never had to wait long. The employees have always been friendly and accommodating. I’ve never had the cookie dough, but absolutely love the Penn State Creamery ice cream. I recently had a bad experience at York Street Treat, so I’m happy to give Dough and Arrow my business.

Great customer service

We have never been here before and when we went in we’re overwhelmed with what to do. The teenager working there didn’t acknowledge us right away and didn’t explain anything just asked what we wanted to order. When the next customers came in a different employee helped them and they got a whole explanation of all the options and how everything worked. We both got ice cream and both flavors we got tasted freezer burnt. We both threw away our ice cream without even finishing it. Didn’t try the cookie dough but after that experience will not be going back to try it.

We are one of their top customers going there every other night every 4 days and spending 20+ a night, we always call ahead so they can prepare our ice cream ahead of time to not hold up the line and make our transaction a quick one, well tonight I did as I always do and called ahead, my kids were giving me trouble as I walked out the door so I pulled up at 9 walked to the door and the employee walks over 5 seconds before I grab the door and locks it. No explanation no I'm sorry were closed cuz why would she want to look someone in the face who she knows she just wronged for no other reason than to be spiteful I guess? It would have taken 15 seconds to ring me out and instead this is how you treat a very long standing customer that tips most of the time as well since how frequent I go and how much I spend there. Unbelievable, I just don't get it.

Way over priced for what you get. S'mores sundae the marshmallows were stale, very small amount of graham cracker crumb, and the scoops of ice were small for the cost. No actual brownie in the brownie sundae, only brownie crumbs. Chocolate chip cookie sundae, the cookie was a rock, didn't reheat it to make it soft. Their m&m "arrowhead" the m&ms didn't taste like m&ms. Tasted funny. I will not be back with my family. Too expensive for such little. I've had bigger sundaes at McDonald's.

They made a beautiful ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. I ordered and paid online, which was very easy. I really enjoyed how they let me pick and choose the ice cream/cookie dough flavors and different toppings. All the ice cream cakes come with a chocolate chip dough crust. You have to give them 2 days to make the cake, so plan and order accordingly. They're very reasonably priced. I'd much rather get a quality ice cream cake I can personalize to my liking then pay MORE for a cake made in a factory that's filled with chemicals, preservatives and low-quality, cheap ingredients that aren't fit for humans to consume. I'm going to order another cake for my son's upcoming birthday. Don't forget to tip!
