Very rude! The lady told me to go do it myself when I told her that she just hemmed another similar piece for me for a different price than what she’s asking.

They permanently ruined a vintage dress that is irreplaceable (I’ve tried). They didn’t offer to cover the actual value of the dress which is worth much more than I paid for them to make it unwearable. They lied about how it was ruined. They told me that the white die from the floral pattern was coming off as they steamed it, however the pattern is not stamped (or a decal), this dress has been cleaned before and has never bled, and it’s all over the dress. The only answer is that they either knowingly spread the white from the floral pattern (which is impossible) over the entire dress and didn’t notice or care, we’re negligent and used the wrong product, or didn’t know how to dry clean this item and did it anyway without telling me it was outside of their scope of services. I will never come back, I would never recommend and this dry cleaner can’t be trusted to know how to care for your clothes. In the images you can see the vibrant true red near the center waist of the dress and NOW the rest of it looks dusty, washed out, and not suitable to wear, because it just looks ratty and faded. This dress came to them in perfect condition, I had just been a while since it’s last cleaning and I wanted to put it away for the cold season. I loved this dress and kept it in good shape for over a decade.

I love coming here to get alterations done on my work pants. She is always so happy to see you and just happy in general. Wonderful place to get dry cleaning done and alternations. Highly recommend her. U will not be disappointed.

At the end of Jan. 2023 I brought my mother of the bride dress in to be altered. It had a sparkly lace bodice, a tiered chiffon skirt, and a sparkly lace bolero jacket. The straps needed to be taken up, the sides taken in, the skirt hemmed, and the jacket taken in. I was told it would be ready in a month. No problem, the wedding was in early April. It was ready when promised and fit perfectly! As far as price, it was in line with what I expected and well worth the quality of work. I have used this business in the past for dry cleaning, but this was my first experience with alterations there. The ladies were professional and friendly. I highly recommend them for all of your dry cleaning and alterations!
