Practitioners are amazing but the staff does not answer the phone or call back at all. Tried calling so many times and they never call back. Pretty dangerous considering it’s a neurologist office where people can have serious problems!

Do not go to this practice. They cancel patient appointments the day off. They do NOT care about your health. They have ONE actual doctor there that can see patients. It is not worth your time & effort to make an appointment here.

As almost every reviewer here, I have experienced the same “no callback syndrome”. The doctor prescribes medication, and then requires a follow appointment before refilling! The only reason I am a patient here is due to the fact that this office and my primary doctor are affiliated with the same hospital. I think I have to change primarys so I can actually receive neurological care (which is my need for care)!

If it weren't for Dr. Gould, I would have left this practice a loooooong time ago. I would like to say Dr. Gould has been amazing in my care in finally finding a combination of medications to managing my migraines.
However, I can not count the number of times I've called the office and have not gotten a call back or had to wait days for a return call. I am a health care worker and never leave my office before all my calls from the day are returned. I've gone to the ER for my migraines several times when I had a call in to this office days earlier for the Dr to call me.
