3Worst experience of my life, the staff were rude, unprofessional, there were live bed bugs, the unit did not work but most importantly, the gave me a receipt for cash sale without taking federal tax out at the time of sale. I would not let my dog stay at that unit! Let alone leave my contents of an apartment!
Michelle & Shelby are the best! Great customer service, on top of all the details, friendly, kind, courteous. They have helped me & my company so many times over the years. When we are in a jam & need to rent a truck, they are there for us. Can’t thank you guys enough.
Dark with no lighting and uneven pavement and rocks everywhere. Old rusty key takes me about 3 minutes to get to fit into lock to unlock and more important to relock the unit when I leave. Charged a dumpster fee after being told I could use it and when I refused to pay the fee (still paid my monthly rent on time) they locked me out which I believe is illegal. Looking into some options now as far as getting out of there immediately! Also planning to pursue legal options if they don't release my property.
