I also used Dr Matthew Richmond in Doylestown, PA. I needed a psych exam for a procedure that I need. I took the test & Dr Richmond had to submit paperwork so I could have the surgical procedure done. After many excuses - he bumped his head, had a flat tire, kidney failure, & car crash & after I paid him, I never got the paperwork. I don't expect that he will ever do the paperwork.

Very thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. So glad I went with Dr. Richmond for our son's care and will continue to see him

Dr. Matthew Richmond took my $5000, only did half of the work required and has been ignoring me and my lawyer for months. Empty promises of when I'd have the required documents.
