Dr. Arthur David, MD, Bellevue PA

I've been with dr. David Arthur for 2 years now for two years I had an injury I had to leave work early they told me they needed me to get an x-ray I went and got the X-ray they said they would call me when they got the results I had to call them three days in a row in the third day they found Lee told me the day never got the x-rays and that lady that answered the phone was really rude to me and they're not willing to help me with my injury I've been in pain for about 2 to 3 weeks now Doctor David Arthur is doing nothing for me I'm very disappointed and David Arthur I would prefer you guys to get another doctor this doctor is no good I can't believe how rude Doctor David Arthur and his staff are the worst doctor I've ever been to this is facts good luck if you're a patient of dr. David Arthur cuz he really doesn't care about you all he cares about is that money that he makes off of you

They are constantly running behind. I was told to leave and come back ‘later’ more than once. I’m actively looking for a new PCP.
3 stars because I like the folks but the constant overbooking and wait times is ridiculous.

They never call your scripts in make you visit to get them and still don't send them it's seizure meds not narcotics

Nurse Danielle. Aka D is AMAZING. She is a kind, empathetic, anda relaiblible person she is the nurse you want see when you feel ill and the nurse that holds this place together. Patty on the phones and in person is kind, understanding, and also emphatically sound. This facility would be inert without them. GIVE THEM A RAISE

I went to Dr. David for 2-3 years, and can't believe I allowed myself to be his customer (I cannot bring myself to type the word patient here) for as long as I did. He is rude, condescending, arrogant, and spends less than 5 minutes with you. It is very clear he takes a dim view of his "patients". The staff was all very kind though

Dr. Quammen has taken Zoe's place and he has risen to the bar. These guys are all professionals and would refer folks desiring legal medical marijuana, Suboxone and a new PCP.

Great family doctor that treats his patients with compassion and respect. Been coming here for 20 years.

My experience with Dr. David and Zoe is nothing but very professional. Both are very compassionate end very understanding when you come here the wait isn’t long at all. All of the staff that are employed here are very kind. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new PCP or a PCP if you don’t have one.

Had bloodwork done and xray suggested by PA Zoey. X-ray was done on 8/21 and bloodwork 8/24. Both tests done LOCALLY. Both were forwarded electronically to this office. As of 09/01 no call regarding test results. Called office twice and was told "no news is good news" and that they are a little behind on reading test results and patient files. Sure would be nice to know what the X rays show regarding the pain in my abdomen!
Bloodwork came back showing High Cholesterol which I've never had in my life. Would be nice to be able to have my DR go over these results with me so I can begin to take immediate action to reverse this. Was told first available appointment is 09/09 just to go over my results. I feel that being kept waiting for OVER TWO WEEKS to get my test results and is unacceptable. Very very disappointing.

Great family doctor. Have been going here for 7 years now. Always treated with respect.definitely recommend for anyone looking for a doctor

Worest place. They gave expired vaccines for my children. Do think to go this place. I am contacting my insurance to identify this place. It is not appropriate to send people here.
