They will not work on your teeth until approved by your insurance. Not even a cleaning. They had me sitting in the dental chair while they attempted to contact my provider. We're going through a pandemic, most offices are not staffed! Their primary concern is payment or approval up front. This is my first and last time going there! And on a side note, check out prior reviews. Seems suspiciously self generated.
