Before CHA I was in chronic pain due to my fibromyalgia, Hashimotos, since starting CHA eating and supplements program I'm not in pain as much and my fibromyalgia has gone away, And my Dr. Lowered my dose of my thyroid medication.

SCAM! DON'T DO IT! Cost is $7,000 (cost depends on your credit rating) and it's NOT worth half that price! It's like the Hotel California song, you can get in but you can't get out! THEY WILL LIE to you, this is just a bunch of regular vitamins no medical professional will speak with you or examine you to assess your personal circumstances and they will claim that you received "services" and hold your money! You will do better seeing a "real" educated and trained Dietician (for less money). You won't get that here! Always look at the negative reviews before you purchase, especially from this "BUSINESS"! I made that mistake, never again!

I'm sure the program is great and helpful to many people, but this company is not very upfront with their marketing. I paid $97 for an assessment as well as a toxicology test. In reality, it's a self-assessment that you fill out, and then you listen to a sales pitch. I was expecting to actually talk to a doctor one-on-one about my symptoms and possible solutions. I wasn't expecting to get a scripted sales call about their program, which costs over $7,000. Again, I'm sure it's very helpful, but had I known that I wouldn't have bothered since I don't have that kind of money. Again, probably a good program if you've got plenty of money stashed away, but it's disappointing that I spent $97 and an hour of my time listening to a sales pitch. Be more honest with your advertising.

I could barely get out of bed, low energy, weight kept creeping up, was on blood pressure medicine and it wasn’t getting the job done, cholesterol meds which I hated, trouble sleeping all not my norm, I needed something to change. I found Dr Coles program and after one call decided it was the change I needed. My results were not swift, however I knew I needed to stick with it and about 2 months in the door flew open, I was hopping out of bed in the morning and had energy all day long, weight started dropping and my skin glowed. Best of all was having my energy back, I feel like me again. The investment in myself was 100% worth it. I still have more to go on weight lose, and know I will get there. The skills I learned about food combining and the results I have had have returned me to an active lifestyle that I missed so much.

Before I started CHA I was diagnosed with hypothyroid which included fatigue, sweet tooth, over weight and thinning eyebrows. I lost 9 lbs, my eyebrows grew in and my sweet tooth became more manageable. When I dieted in the past I would always go back to my old ways. With CHA I have changed my old eating habits because I love the way I feel. It was worth the cost of the program.

I started this program cause I have Hair falling out nails splitting over weight memory laps low energy just a mess I was finley looking for some thing to help me The conventional medical doctors really couldn't help me. Mobility decreased, extreme arthritis pain, body pain, prediabetes were my main problems. Increased energy and mobility, decreased water retention, no longer prediabetic and aware of all the poisons that is put into our food. The cost of the program for all the knowledge is worth it. If you did a college semester on this program, it would cost much more.
