Hi. The woman who writes my prescriptions is awesome, but this is a very disorganized company. Threw times in a row my medication was not filled correctly, causing me to overpay for my medications, and also miss certain dosages because of the delay in filling my script correctly. Additionally, they take a very long time to respond to emails, effectively putting their clients at risk especially when they are given the incorrect dosage for medication. Do not risk your mental health with this telehealth company — find an in person provider.
