Dr. Pagana has been my primary doctor for many years. He is outstanding at listening to my concerns and does a great job of helping with them. I very highly recommend him.

I highly recommend this doctor. It is a well-run, professional staff, very friendly and kind. I'd trust my life with Dr. Chuck! Lol I've been a patient for over 25 years and feel very comfortable. Congrats on the new office!

Always goes over things really well. Really cares about your health. Always keeps me up to date on vaccines and immunizations.

I called to set up an appointment as a new patient, and the receptionist (a very nice woman named Kathy) informed me that I had an outstanding $50 bill from when I was 23 (6 years ago). She said she couldn’t schedule me until it was paid. I requested the bill be mailed to me for my records and that payment would be sent in once the bill arrived. The next day Kathy called me back to inform me that Dr. Pagan did not want me as a patient due to the $50 bill from 6 years ago, as he thought it made me a risk for him not to be paid. It’s clear that Dr. Pagan values money over healthcare, and I would not be visiting him even if he did want me as a patient.
