Dr. Snyder is a wonderful, knowledgeable physician with a kind, courteous staff. I highly recommend him.
Very rude and unprofessional answering service. I called twice once to let them know a referral has been called in by my doctor for a procedure. This was during the COVID-19 pandemic (I understand that they weren't taking new patients) but no one has called me back during this. They also said they left a message for my doctor that has ordered a procedure. The doctor's office said that they did not receive a phone call from them. The person I spoke to on the phone on 7/27/20 at about 11: 15 AM was so rude and unprofessional. She was rather angry with me and did not want to deal with me when I was trying to find out what happened and why I was not called back or and why my doctor's office did not have any information. I am taking my business elsewhere.
Dr. Christopher Snyder is by far the best Dermatologist I’ve ever been to. He is caring, takes his time with you. His staff is respectful and courteous.
