Dr. Ellen F. Field, MD, Bethlehem PA

She's the worst. She canceled my appointment twice and then I waited 2 hours and she gave me the bums rush out of there. Don't go there unless you have all day and don't mind being treated lousy

My Mother went to Dr Fields for infusions. She is a nice enough Dr. But the wait time is ridiculous. One time she was doing her check up appointment and they left her in a room for over an hour. I finally said something and went back and got her and left. She is elderly and had been there for over two hours total and they didn’t even apologize.

Excellent doctor, thorough, takes the time to listen and go over everything and answer questions, etc.

Horrific wait times, though. Been here 2-3 times and always wait a minimum of 60 minutes before being seen. I suggest calling ahead to see how behind she is to see if you can delay your arrival.

Thorough, kind, considerate, very experienced and knowledgeable, very helpful and reassuring.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Field last week. I Waited about an hour and a half to be seen, I do feel it was well worth it. The consultation and after visit notes were thorough, detailed. I feel I am in good hands and look forward to working with this Specialist in the next few weeks. I have a complex medical history, and feel 100% confident that I knocked on the right door.

Is a patient's time not worth anything?

Friendly staff, but. 1 hour and 10min wait and still no Dr = no new patient. I will seem a new referral. Very unprofessional!

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia after a Concussion. Ellen was straight forward with her advise. Introduced me to an auto immune eating plan and I am feeling the best I have in years. Loosing weight was a plus too. The staff was so friendly and warm. I am grateful for meeting Ellen and her staff. I am thankful for her introducing me to a new eating plan for my health.

Well worth the wait. I struggled to understand what was wrong with me for 20 years, and she figured it out because she takes the time to. She does not rush you and is analytical. I would recommend her to any one. After reviewing the other reviews, just be patient if I wanted drive through medicine there are lots of places to go. This is not that, this is truly personal medicine.

Horrible experience here. Called multiple times after my first appt and had to keep calling back to get test results. Was given the run around and told will be called back and 2 weeks later still nothing. Will be switching doctors. Definitely would not recommend this office to anyone as a medical professional myself. Bad business overall.
