4Stay away from dr. Joukova office. This doctor constantly disrespectful of the patient time. You always will be wait there more than one hour and you will see how unprofessionally dr.joukova yelling on her front desk staff. Don't be surprised, she is raising her voice on her patients too. She is very rude, looks like she hate people around her.

Very unprofessional and rude, not just the assistant, but the Dr as well. Be advised, if you will ever need a letter from them with your medical history be ready to: wait a month, send several requests and call multiple times. In the end, the "doctor" going to yell at you, and blame you for everything! DO NOT recommend it!
My office had extremely unpleasant experience with this place. Dr as well as her assistants are rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend to ever use their services.
