4 Dr. Greenspan is terrible. My mother went in for an appointment and he didn’t even do a physical exam. All he could say was I won’t tell you anything without a colonoscopy. He ignored all her symptoms and was very dismissive. The least he could do was take a stool sample and do a simple physical examine to see if there was anything externally wrong.
She requested to switch doctors but they said no…if she wants to switch doctors, she had to go somewhere else entirely. Their pride supersedes their patient care. Paid $140 dollars to sit across the room for a useless 5 minute conversation.
Doctor is okay but front office staff are horrible. Won’t let you speak, talks over you and then calls me rude when I asked if it was my turn to talk. Didn’t know the facility THEY use didn’t know the facility doesn’t take my insurance. It would help if the front office staff knew how to do their jobs and not call people rude when they were the ones being rude by talking over me and giving me the same worthless information instead of letting me speak and answering my question.
Horrible experience. The staff especially the front desk staff are Horrible people. I had to cancel my appointment three times because this pharmacy they claimed was supposed to call for the pills to take the day before my appointment never called. They said I can go to the practice to pick them up. I explained I don't drive and I get off work late and only off on Wednesdays. They said I can come after hours. I went to pick them up on my day off I couldn't get there until 3: 30 when they were closing. The two ladies there screamed at me.we're closed and talked over me and wouldn't hear me out. I said I'm there to pick up pills.they said wrong office and I asked this is Dr. Greenspan office.they said no even though his name is on the glass door. Never again will I use this practice again. I'm not trusting my care with people that treat you like that.
