Just left the Women’s Center after seeing Carleen Myers, CRNP. I challenge anyone to find a better nurse practitioner in york county. Her bed side manners are amazing and she took her time with me and answered all my questions. She even took extra time to discuss a fairly serious surgery I I will be having at Johns Hopkins next month. I left the office feeling at ease. The receptionist that checked me is was very mannerly as well. Highly recommend this office.

Dr drolet is AMAZING! She is the BEST in her field, and I always received state of the art care from her. She is so knowledgeable and truly looks out for her patients health and well-being. She treats you like you are apart of her family. She and her staff fit me into their already busy schedules when I’m was having severe pain, bloating and pressure in my abdomen as well as urination issues. Dr drolet scheduled me for my initial and pre op visit very fast, and spent time to ensure I knew everything. I just came out of my laparoscopic surgery TWO hours ago, and I feel already GREAT! I had a cyst on my left ovary, and some endometriosis as well as bladder irritation. Dr drolet quickly identified the sources of my problems and treated them at the time of my surgery. This is the most incompetent doctor's office. I called them in January to make an appointment and the earliest they could give me was on February 18th, which I understand especially to see a specialist it usually can take some time to be seen. I made the appointment to be seen for that day. They called me one day in February and said they needed to cancel my appointment because Dr. Drolet would not be in the office on that day. I was rescheduled to March 20th, a month later than my original appointment. They called me on March 2nd and said they needed to reschedule my appointment again because of some computer issues since they are now part of UPMC. I rescheduled to March 26th. I get a call the very next day on March 3rd and they want to reschedule me to sometime in April. I said forget it. If I made an appointment in April, how would I know they wouldn't want to reschedule me again? I can not trust this office. Poor patient care.

I have never had a physicians office tell me I need to bring my papers in three days before my visit I’ve always been told bring them the day of your appointment but I guess their office staff is too lazy to put in patient’s information the day of the appointment so what happened was they canceled the appointment an appointment that was needed the staff was so rude saying I was yelling at them no I was raise my voice a little because I was upset but they were talking over me thank God I found someone else who said will send you the patient packet just bring it the day of your appointment not three days before the appointment I would never ever suggest this office to anyone they are rude and do not care about customer service make sure they get a zero for customer service let me tell you what I know the doctor and I found a good place to go somewhere where there’s not rude people thank you everybody please do not go here!
