He's a good enough dentist, no complains there. I do have a problem with the way they treat parents. They seem annoyed with your presence. He said he didn't want to do my son's procedure today and I when I asked why, he brought up trust? I don't know, I do sit there quietly unless asked a question. Or if I have a genuine question. It's not like I'm offering to assist.

Dr Levi and Anela Evalt always go above and beyond. The way they care for patients is not only top notch it’s personable and caring. If you have any fear of dentist I can assure they will take that fear away and have you leaving with a smile on your face! Excellent staff.

Got me right in, and helped me with my teeth when all the dentists in my area wouldn't even pick up their phones. Great friendly people, and very professional!

Great service with a smile and friendly service. I am today for the first time wearing my new dentures. They are comfortable and they fit great! They sure do offer dental excellence.

Went it for a routine checkup and teeth cleaning and the staff were friendly and professional as always.

They told me to pay up front and insurance would pay me back. My insurance has sent them the money and I was never reimbursed. They also ran my credit and got me a $9K credit card without my permission. I never signed anything giving them permission and that was before I was even seen by the dentist to see if I needed dental work. Which I would have paid for or used my insurance. Seemed like a big $$$$ and insurance scam to me.

They must delete the bad reviews lol. So here’s mine. Not a fan at all! So I have insurance which gives free cleaning and free fillings but they didn’t do anything that was covered by my insurance. They only wanted to do work if you were paying for the bigger things to be done. Save ur money go somewhere else. They have cocky attitudes and are money hungry. Way more dentist out there then to ever go back to this one! I also needed a root canal and instead of asking me they ran credit to see if it covers and never even asked me for permission first! I should honestly call on them.

Both my sons and I just started going here and we absolutely it! The whole staff is very friendly and makes sure you’re comfortable and understand everything they’re doing. So happy we found them!

Super excited to get teeth cleaned. Hygienist very friendly and personable. Dentist scaled teeth and was one of quickest but very through exam.

Over the past year I have been getting some extensive dental work done and Dr. Evalt and his staff have done such a great job! They are extremely professional but also very personable! I recently relocated but still drive an hour and a half to get my dental work done.it’s so worth the drive! I highly recommend this dental practice!

Best dentist office ive ever been to. My very first time there was because i was in alot of pain over an infected tooth and they instantly got me in and removed the majority of the infection same day. (Which never happens when going to a new dentist) took my pain right away.the whole staff is incredibly friendly and proffesional i love it here and will never need to find a new dentist now i am forever grateful for dr evault and his wonderful staff

Knowledgeable. Not afraid to get stuff done. Friendly. Open about options. Won't push you into a treatment that you don't need or want. Everyone who works there seems happy.

Dr Levi and his staff make you feel comfortable the minute you walk in. Dr Levi is an excellent dentist and has a very experienced staff, the latest technology and extremely clean.

No empathy for their patients. My mom had an appointment to get her permanent dentures. We drove 1 hour to the appointment and when we got there, they had no idea what she was coming in for. They then told her they no longer do dentures. No apology for not letting us know ahead. This is just in addition the the horrible treatment she received these past few months. Save your time and money.

Dr. Evalt was great meeting with my child but his office staff was very disorganized and unprofessional. I was given run around what insurance they took and didn't along with how their office process it constantly being transferred to multiple people and having to go through the same thing. Dentist great, office staff a 2 but would not recommend.
