Whatever you do, Don’t call and complain about substandard service and care. You’ll get fired as a patient after 29 years!
I started going to the original practice when I was eight years old. When it was Dr. Walt Willoughby’s practice, Dr. Aizooky and Dr. Yousef took over the practice when i was in my 20’s and then joined the primary care physicians.
Once they joined PPCP, there was a noticeable decline in care. Dr. Aizooky always took the time and made me feel like I was the only person and patient in the place. Suddenly I was switched to his wife and basically for the last 15 years she repeatedly told me that i was overweight, needed to quit smoking and put me on a multitude of prescription drugs.

I started seeing specialists for most of the things that she was “trying” to treat me for and have gotten much better care since but I kept her on as my primary care doctor because I’ve been going there since I was 8 years old. Thats almost 30 years.
She was my stepdad’s primary care doctor, and didn’t know that he died.
She is my mother’s primary care doctor and “forgot because she was so busy with flu patients” to call in her pain medication for six days (post hip replacement surgery). Noble Care PCP have way too many patients now and can’t give people the kind of care they deserve, pay for, and need. Its like a revolving door. The people who answer the phones are usually miserable and this last appointment I made for myself, I sat in hold for 7.5 minutes before hanging up and calling back another day.
I have referred several friends who have become patients over the years and all of them agree that they don’t get the kind of care they used to.
If you want to be treated like you matter and you want to be able express your opinions and advocate for your elderly parents without getting booted out of your doctors care, this is not the place for you.
Thanks, Mai!
