Having recently moved to the area, we were struggling trying to find doctors who cared about their patients and had the time. Walking into Dr. OST’s office was a breath of fresh air and I have already been called for follow up appointments!

Dr. Ost and her staff have been generous with their time, helping me to complete claim forms for cancelled travel and a form requesting a handycap hangtag. All this is beyond medical treatment, for which I am very glad.
A total waste of my money and my time. $1650.00 is her fee to have her as your doctor and she doesn't return telephone calls. She is always late and doesn't value other people's time. She is always preoccupied and doesn't listen to what her patients tell her. Save your time and more importantly your money. Go to an Urgent Care or a Minute Clinic. I should have known better since she received her education from another country and not from the USA!
Dr. Ost is very attentive, the annual exam included extensive lab diagnostics, and an extended office visit that allowed time to have a detailed conversation about all my health issues and concerns.
She makes it clear that she is committed to improving my health holistically. I feel that my health is very well managed and the healthcare team there does a good job following through with questions I have. They have been helpful in dealing with insurance issues and I have always been able to schedule an appointment quickly.
The service is much more personalized than in other practices I have used in the past, and I really appreciate the friendliness of the whole team.
