12I personally love doctor spodik but her staff is absolutely horrible! I been calling for 4 weeks trying to get my medicine switched. They will not connect me to dr. Spodik. The “manager”is absolutely so rude. Yesterday when i called she hung up on me. Today she said “u aren’t speaking to the doctor do u understand me I’m speaking English” and she will not give me a telephone appointment when doctor spodik has told me she can always have a telephone appointment w me. Also the manager is claiming to be the owner of the whole building and giving out medical advice to me when i wasn’t asking for her opinion i was asking to speak to my doctor.
Highly professional, friendly staff. Everyone is making you feel comfortable before, during and after the procedure. Dr Maya Spodik is great!
Dr Spodiak is great she always explains everything to me. And answers and questions I have. Her team of nurses were great like always today for my procedure.

Got my first ever upper endoscopy done today. I had a very pleasant experience! Both Dr and staff were Very caring and nice.

I absolutely love Dr Spodik. She is very kind and she makes me feel at ease when I see her. I have been going to see Dr Spodik for many years now and she is the only dr that has ever made me feel comfortable. The new front desk ladies are kinda rude thats the only thing that needs changing. Other then that I hope she never leaves this practice.
