I am always pleased with how they do. I am deaf and they make sure I understand. If I don’t, they take the time to write it down. While I waited for the dr to come in, she made sure I turn the subtitles on the TV so I can understand. I have no problems with their work on my teeth. They are awesome!

Even with the pandemic, exceptional service and interaction. They care about the safety of their staff and employees. Jamie was great as always and I view her as my personal Dental Hygienist. The office operates more like a family than a business (clients included). 10/10 would recommend.

Dr Kun and his team go above and beyond to ensure a relaxing and stress free dental visit. The team is extremely friendly and has the ability to erase any stress or fear associated with the dentist. Dr Kun and his team are super knowledgeable and helpful with answering any dental related questions. I would and have highly recommend this office!

Wonderful Dentist and staff. During COVID I needed an emergency visit and they were able to accommodate promptly. I am so glad I found this Dentist many years ago. They are very friendly and treat you like family. Keep up the great work!

I’ve had 2 root canals done here, not a fan of going to the dentist, my anxiety really makes it difficult, but Dr. Kun and his staff are very nice and he’s excellent with Novocain shots! I’ve never had pain when he did both root canals. Definitely recommend him!

Got billed for thing my insurance didn’t cover, would have preferred to be told my insurance wouldn’t cover it before it being done.

Staff contradict themselves- don't seem to know what they're doing.
Hygienist made me wait almost an hour because it was her lunch time even though I was given an appointment when she was supposedly open. Didn't even apologize. Probed so hard when inspecting gums- was extremely painful. Took 1 1/2 hrs to do routine cleaning. Dr. Kun didn't even examine my mouth yet I was billed for exam. This is a MONEY making joint. He suggests a very lucrative work-up for a simple treatment. Run!

Efficient, friendly and clean. High recommendation of this office and staff. Check up and cleaning and X-rays in and out in about 30min and did not feel rushed. Staff is very welcoming and professional. I usually don't take time out of my day to review a place unless they are doing an excellent job!

They really care for the patients and make you feel comfortable, and ask if you are doing okay during and after the appointment I highly recommend anyone to go to Dr. Michael E. Kun they will take care of you

Very good attention to detail. I'm an engineer and they never cease to impress me from a hygienist and dentist perspective - both functionally and personality. I've been going there since 2001.

I've always been afraid of going to the dentist. The atmosphere at Dr. Kun's office is friendly and welcoming. The staff make sure that you are comfortable and are very understanding that their patients are nervous and stressed. I can honestly say that while I don't look forward to going to the dentist, I no longer have the fear and anxiety I used to have. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Kun.

I have been going to this dentist office before Kun owned it and since he took it over the service has been on a steep decline.

I had to reschedule my appointment three times, twice due to “a hygienist being out of the office that day”. On my third time trying to go to my appointment there was no courtesy call a week in advance like normal which I understand is a courtesy but if I had received the call I would have found out they scheduled me for the wrong office. I took off from work and arrived at the wrong office at my appointment time to find out the office was closed. I called them and said I could drive to the other office because it’s only 15 minutes away and they told me they could not fit me in and had to reschedule my appointment for 3 months later.

In closing if you want a dentist that is organized and willing to keep your appointments this is not the dentist for you.

Dr. Kun and Dr. Kudryk are terrific. I recently had an infection which of course came with all the pain and discomfort just in time to ruin my weekend. Dr. Kun returned my call within minutes Saturday morning and was very apologetic that he would not be able to open his office, but advised me to see a doctor to get an antibiotic started. He e-mailed his office advising them to contact me and set up an appointment on Monday. I saw Dr. Kudryk Monday evening and he did a root canal which gave me complete relief. He was very gentle and very thorough. The pain was gone immediately. I look forward to the end result - a beautiful new crown.

While working in my garden, I tripped and fell right onto the edge of my wheelbarrow. I broke both of my two front teeth off and had a deep cut at gum level. Dr. Kun saw me right away. He capped both teeth and repaired gum with stitches. Here is the best part; no pain, no discomfort at all - ever. Unless I tell someone, nobody knows. Kudos to Dr. Kun.

Michael Kun has done his end of the deal as a dentist. However, the last time I was in the office he belittled me, the receptionist, "Tyisha", is rude and disrespectful especially when you call her out on her lies, plus they are trying to charge me more money (out of pocket) for insurance covered visits.
Be cautious and check your insurance statements as well as contacting your insurance about your benefits and coverage.
Keep records of EVERYTHING because you may be a victim of fraud like I am from this dentist office. They will not refund me money that is owed to me and Tyisha, the receptionist, gives me the runaround and lies to me saying she is communicating with my insurance. I called my insurance for dates of things and asked if Dr. Kun's office was in contact; the insurance said the office never called. They charged me as well as charged my insurance for a 100% covered procedure.
When they ask you to do a "care credit" be cautious! Do your homework and talk with your insurance again about what is covered before you get ripped off. It is most likely your insurance covers it.
I wonder how many people they ripped off through insurance fraud?
It may be uncovered soon because my lawyer will be exposing everything!
Start looking for a new dentist.
And, Tyisha, I hope they treat you well in jail, you deserve it!:)

Me and my family - 3 generations of us - have relied on Dr Kun and his team for over 10 years now. That means kids to grandparent. [Fair disclosure: There was a 3 year break in the middle when we moved to Missouri. ] His team is consistently friendly, and professional, and low key. It is clear that they take the job seriously, but not themselves, and that they have the patient's long-term interest in mind. Services have run the gamut, from the semi-annual check ups, to fillings, to braces, to multiple replacements for my mother-in-law. We have recommended this team to our friends, and they have in turn recommended to their friends.

I used to be a smoker of eleven years so you can only imagine what that has done to my teeth. I finally was able to stop smoking and wanted to clean my teeth. A friend of mine told me about Dr. Kun and how great he was so i took her word. A few days later i went to see him and my results were absolutely amazing! I would refer him to anyone.

My experience at Dr. Kun's office has been nothing but positive. As part of my quest to better myself, I decided to rectify some dental issues. Dr. Kun came highly recommended. I knew from my first visit that I had made the right choice. I find the entire staff friendly and helpful, as well as highly skilled. I love the work he has done and plan on continuing my affiliation with Dr Kun's office. God bless all-
