This is a horrible place to drop a load. The night shift team is kept us there for no reason for more than 3 hours before we even know where to drop. They are not helpful unless you walked in to different office by yourself. Good luck truckers

Don't come before your appointment. Try one hour early if you can't resist it. At Carlisle rd location you can go before appointment time. Fast loading. You will be in and out in one hour.

I ended up going to Gabler down the hill, but they have COVID-19 protocol where you have to tell them the proper numbers to the load your delivering and picking up and leave the bill of lading for the delivered load in the back of the trailer before backing into the door. Never got to find out how you gonna to get a signed bill but it is a Pandemic.

I am a Supervisor here. Yes, we have rules, yes they are enforced. If you are a driver coming in to load/unload, as long as you follow the clearly posted rules, you will have no problems. We do adhere to a schedule as most Distribution Centers do. If you are more than 30 minutes late, those who are on time will be given priority. That same policy applies at the other building we have just down the road as well. Check-in and out is efficient as long as you follow the instructions. The personnel we have doing that are professionals with lots of knowledge, willing to do what they can to help and make your experience better.

Man It don't matter if your late or ontime- you will be sitting here for hours- o and no parking here.lol daycab drivers take priority over every1 all day n night

This place was organized. I got in & unloaded in record time. A sample bttle would have gotten ya a extra star. Maybe next time.

Security at night (lady) was nice and friendly but in the morning Indian looking guy was super rude. He has attitude problem and talk bad. I barely hold myself not to knock him. Also my bol said 43000lbs after scale it's way more than that and had to come back. They want to either take extra off or whole thing and make me leave without load. Let's see.if the security was nice I would give 5 stars, sorry management but you need employees who knows what they are doing and respectful to others

Great place, easy to maneuver, very friendly helpful employees. I've picked up here several times so far with no issues ever. I would do it a million times more! Thanks for doing a great job with your property making a truckers life a little easier!

This place is kind of in a weird location, the GateKeeper was a nice person going in. Had a live load and was out in less than an hour with a full box.

Will not load you early they will have you leave and came back a hour before your appointment

I agree with the other folks you guys must of got lucky because it's going on 4hours I watched trucks come in and out everyone being loaded except me this is freaking ridiculous I'm running out of hours and there is nothing nearby! Deny loads to Motts O/O L/O this place will eat up your hours and there is nowhere to park! Terrible just terrible!

My appointment was 17: 00 arrived 18: 30 loaded in 15 min 19: 00 I’m out good job. Better way to get there Us 15 us 234 us 34.don’t us 34 north when you loaded

It is Off the beaten path out in the country. Small roads in and out. Heavy loads co being out.

To start with the directions to the place are too vague. When we finally get to the place they put us right into a door then we sit getting loaded for over 2 hours. When I finally go to see how much longer it's going to be they tell me they are waiting on product that was supposed to be delivered to them the day before but has not arrived yet. So obviously we would have waited I didn't go in.
