Dr. Ramesh Eluri reviews
8My experience with Dr. Eluri and staff has been totally positive. Dr. E has a professional and personable style that made me feel comfortable from the start. He has been interested in me as a person and answers questions and gives guidance in a clear and direct manner. He is open to phone consultation and is genuinely concerned with my healing. My therapist, Mark, also conveys a personal interest in my healing. He listens and offers helpful ideas and suggestions drawn from his professional and personal experience. From the beginning, he let me know that I could call him between our meetings if I needed his help. The office staff are friendly and helpful.
I’ve been seeing jomarie for a few months now. She has given me terrible advice regarding medication and how I should stop taking all of it. Most of her reasons involved her own personal side effects with taking Paxil. I supposedly missed an appointment with her and had to schedule again in order to get a refill on my bipolar medication. I am on day 4 of cold turkey withdrawal and the moment I walked into her office she started telling me that she wasn’t giving me my medications because I’m playing games and she isn’t required to give me any prescriptions. I expressed that I’m having a hard time mentally and she threatened to hospitalize me repeatedly. I do not recommend this practice. They are unprofessional and have a complete lack of empathy.
One of the worst mental health facilities I've ever been to. Joyce was okay, but she told me she was leaving the practice. I asked if she was just dropping me as a patient, and she said no. She was still there over a year later. Dr Eluri only sees patients for suboxone, because suboxone treatment is expensive and he only cares about money. I had an evaluation with him at Joyce's request, and he was unbelievably rude. After Joyce lied to me so she could ditch me as a patient (she didn't like that I know more than she does and basically only went to her to get my scripts refilled), I got passed on to some random male doc who immediately tried changing my meds despite it not being necessary. I tried explaining that I am not a typical case due to dysautonomia, and asked if he even knew anything about dysautonomia. He lied and said yes, so I called him on it and asked what he knew. He froze up then changed the subject. This facility is a joke and should be investigated for being a pill mill.
New PA is a liar and I say that because she just lied to me instead of telling me she does not want me on a medication. She said the legally she can’t. Mind you I’ve been on the same dosage for eight years so I checked the government site and it does not say that so be careful with the new PA not trust worthy. I can’t speak on the doctor, but as far as his P. A.s And everybody else in the office useless. Joyce was the only good PA everyone since then has been a Terrible. It’s this place is supposed to help you with your mental health. They Have made mine worse by worrying. Am I going to get my medication’s
Practice shut down without patient notification. Plan to send complaint to AMA. Totaly unethical and dangerous.
Not me but my boyfriend. He has been forced to switch doctors twice now. The staff is not friendly. We had an appointment set up for A MONTH, it was for a Monday. They called us 3 minutes before they closed the Friday before to tell us that the appointment could not be honored. Never in my life have I seen a place for mental health with such little care for their patients. If you can, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I had to reschedule an appointment due to work conflict, and supposedly was supposed to have a telehealth visit on a Friday. I got to the time of the appointment, no call. So I called. The office was closed so I was transferred to an answering service that did nothing but say "i don't know, they'll be open again on Monday. "
No solution, no nothing.
I finally called back when they were open and tried to get ahold of the prescription line because if i was going to have to wait for an appointment I'd run out of meds. No answer. I've left several voice mails because each time I call, somehow no one is on the other end. No matter what hour of the day I call. I've been without meds for two days now and have to wait until next week for an appointment.
Usually when I go, Magnolia is very pleasant, I have no issues with her. But I've only seen Dr Eluri himself one time, and he spelled my name wrong when he sent in my first prescription so I couldn't pick it up. So overall, my experience with these people is barely tolerable, and only because of Magnolia.
