3Disregarded a prior diagnosis because I didn’t have the typical “body type. ” Prior diagnosis was reaffirmed in later bloodwork.
This was my first visit here. Overall impression was that there is a lack of respect for people’s time. My appointment was scheduled for 10: 15 am and the doctor came in at 12: 37 pm. Recognize that emergencies happen but sounds like based on other reviews she has an issue with keeping to a schedule/ being on time. At the least notify people before they come that the doctor is running behind. I wasted 3 hours of my day and had to leave at 12: 40 pm so I could be back in time for a call with my client at 1: 00 pm.
The office staff is very polite, so is Dr Prioleau. I was satisfied with the service for a few years, however the waiting time has become UNBEARABLY LOOOONG! I think they are seroiously overbooking lately. The waiting time is at least an hour and a half. Every. Single. Time. No matter if you are pregnant or not. Also I started getting extra procedures that I’m not sure even necessary. And on top of that my friend (that is their client as well) and I got back billed for something over a year ago.
Update 2023: the wait times improved significantly. Still a bit dissatisfied with their old fashioned “accounting notebook” system, but overall it is a good obgyn office.
