Drake's Pizza, Allentown PA

Drakes has been a go-to for me since moving here 3 years ago. Their pizza is better than any of the options in the immediate area and their other offerings are good too! I highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch pizza and their Buffalo chicken wrap.

The food is great and our original issue was totally our own fault (or DoorDash's) but I am completely turned off by the manager's unwillingness to help, extremely stand-offish attitude, and their inability to call us back as they said they would, resulting in us not knowing if we should eat the pizza in question or not. They would rather lose a customer that lives 2 blocks away than lose $3 on half-pizzas worth of bacon and sausage. I've been ordering from Drakes since we moved in but now that I've heard how deflective their management gets over individual toppings on our first actual phone call to the restaurant, i think I'm done.

First time here Had a hoagie from here, not the best. Little on the meat and cheese heavy on the rabbit food. Bread was stiff but eatable. Not sure about this place, but may return to try out the pizza. Will update at that time if it comes.

For our first time it was great customer service & great chicken bacon sandwich (could only eat half). The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to lack of tables and dine-in options.

Man really disappointed! The reviews looked so good. Unfortunately, my pizza looks like it was just thrown together and not cooked throughout. The veggie a raw and the pepperoni is barely cooked. Its like they just threw everything on there only cooked it for 5-6 mins. Just not edible for me, I hate undercooked pizza. I think it was because they were getting ready to close. If I wasn’t staying in a hotel, I would put in a oven. But that’s something you shouldn’t have to do, when you order pizza.

Eveytime I go here I have an issue. The customer service POOR! Ive been here 2 times and will not be returning. I dont wanna be petty and post on social media about the issues and have everyone post a bad review and I have a LARGE following, I wish you would speak with the workers and have them learn or be retrained on proper CUSTOMER SERVICE!
