Drayer Physical Therapy Institute, Dillsburg PA

I had an amazing journey with the staff at Dillsburg Drayer physical therapy. They are great folks, very experienced, patient, always attentive to your needs. Regardless of which therapist works with you they all know your issue and are able to instruct you in a very positive and easy to understand way. They monitor and correct your moves as you progress. I would highly recommend for personal and friendly service as you make your way through recovery.

I’ve been going to Drayer Physical Therapy Institute in Dillsburg for about 2 months now due to severe neck pain which is also causing very bad headaches. I’ve been suffering from this for just over a year now so I decided to try physical therapy when multiple chiropractic treatments and other remedies have not helped.

From my observations, everyone at Drayer Dillsburg is always cheerful and always working hard to achieve good results for their patients.

My physical therapist is Brad Shaffer and this guy not only knows what he doing but truly cares about making me better. He is well schooled and highly experienced and was able to bring quick relief and comfort to the affected areas when everything else I tried during the year failed. Unfortunately what I continue to experience while at home is beyond physical treatment so he made other suggestions. He recommended a well known pain specialist in the area who I visited the other day.

To my amazement, Brad texted me the day after my appointment with the doctor to see how the appointment went. I wrote back to update him and he said he would follow back up with me in two weeks. To be perfectly honest, I’ve lived in multiple states and have seen numerous doctors, health care people, etc over the years and I cannot recall when was the last time any one of these individuals ever followed back up with me like Brad just did, especially after sending me somewhere else.

I HIGHLY recommend Brad at Drayer PTI in Dillsburg, not only because he is an expert in his field and a cut above the rest, but because he genuinely cares about his patients, both inside and outside his place of business.

Best place for physical therapy! The staff are amazing, talented, and care for their patients. My son has received excellent care through his recovery. I highly recommend. Also, the front desk staff Tess & Shea are the best!:)

These people are first class professionals, but they still know how to keep the fun in painful rehab. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
