Dresher Nail Salon

On December 23,2023 my husband, and I had an appointment for a pedicure. My husband is handicapped and I talked him getting a holiday pedicure. Both he and I have been to this salon for pedicures for the past two years. We wanted to arrive early for our appointment which I had confirmed twice. We arrived at 11: 20 and our appointment was at 11: 30. I was told by the owner of (Jenny) that someone would be with us shortly. No one attended us and walk ins were taken. I spoke to the owner repeatedly requesting assistance. We waiting for 40 minutes and finally left and the nail salon at 12: 10 pm. When leaving the salon I told Jenny I was very disappointed after being a customer of hers for several years. I was treated really an inconsiderately. She didn't reply with any apologies whatsoever and never called me although she has my cell phone number. I called the salon The following week to cancel my appointment for January 30 for a manicure and explained to her why I was so upset. She said it was a busy time with no other exclamation. I told her that I would not be returning to the salon, and she told me she hopes that I find one to suit my needs. It disappoints me that a local business does not value or consider its customers that live within the vicinity. In addition to the services I recommended that she clean her bathroom, for there is no excuse for paper towels and toilet paper to be all over the floor, nor for the sink to be dirty. I would not recommend the salon to any of my friends. I do know of two other people that have gotten nail fungus infections from getting gel manicures at the salon.

I’ve been coming here for many years. Love this place! Very clean and attentive! Jenny works hard to please her customers. Good prices as well.

Great low-key salon within walking distance of my home. Well established business and this team has been running the salon for as long as I can remember. Technicians are talented, experienced and very pleasant. I get a lot of compliments and I like that!

Aweful experience! Horrible customer service; rude and disrespectful to customer's time. Not recommended!

I’ve gone here twice and both times my gel manicure starts peeling off days later. I thought the first time was just a fluke so I went again to give them another try. After it happened again (3 days after my gel mani) …Im done. Onto finding another salon!

I went to get a gel manicure and a pedicure on Tuesday Nov 30,2021 the mail technician cut my cuticle kit the point that it continued to bled 2 hours after I left. She didn’t even seem to care. Also 2 days later I had 2 chipped nails and one on toes where chipped also. Definitely will not be going back!

Good pedicure and overall service. Uncomfortable when works talk and laugh in their language when they do speak English. Seems like they are laughing about the clients.

We went in on a Saturday, and it was quite busy in the salon. We had to wait a few minutes, but not too long. The work was professional and the value is great. $35 for acrylics.

The owner and her workers provide great service. There are plexiglass dividers. You have to wait in the car and a call you when their ready. Their prices are reasonable.

During these very uncertain times I was reluctant but I visited the nailery and this spot is SPOT ON im a germophobe but these ladies and business put me at ease thorough in their routine cleaning i observed after each guess im glad i came back to this Salon. Thank you to the staff at Dresher Nail Salon.

Went in for a manicure during the week. Great experience. Clean and professional. Manicurist took her time, very detail oriented, and did a lovely job. Will come back again for sure.
