Drinker's Pub reviews
18Came here on a Friday night and the Asian guy gave me a attitude and was really rude to me. I just won’t return here again. Terrible service!
Really enjoyed my time in and out of here. Prompt quick service and not overly crowded on my weekend visit. My only complaint is that the upstairs section where I was seated was a little too dark!
Got there about two, it was not packed.i had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here.the place has a great atmosphere.
They include 18% tip automatically even for individual tabs but don't tell you when handing you the tab, so it's easy to miss. I do not appreciate that. It's reasonable to automatically tip to protect service workers, but not cool to not mention it in hopes people don't notice and tip on top. The atmosphere was fine, what you expect of a bar in the city.
Ty makes the best Malibu bay breezes my wife and I have ever had. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. And the quesadillas are delicious, especially if you're drink and need a bite to eat at midnight on a Sunday.
This is definitely the gem of the pier, but be prepared to wait. The service is excellent, and all of the food was perfectly cooked. Try the garlic roasted dungeness crab, cioppino, and clam chowder.
The only complaint was that a few East Asian tourists were recording videos and walked by our table to get a glimpse of what we were eating. It felt like an invasion of our privacy, and I would hope the staff would be a bit more responsive of helping enforce boundaries.
Food menu was expected of a normal Pennsylvania bar. But the Decor/atmosphere completely makes the place the credit card wall Completes the Pub
Open mate and justina great dive bar to stop in for a quick drink. Quick service. Music is super loud though. Maybe too loud
I went to this place on February 28th with my group of friends. We were all visiting Philly from out of town. The incompetent bouncers at the front door took and physically damaged my state issued Arkansas ID from violently bending the card, forcing the plastic lining to buckle and wrinkle. I immediately went to the police officer sitting in her car outside the bar and explained the situation. The bouncer hurried over and gave the officer my Arkansas state issued ID. The police officer clearly did not want to get involved, and after looking at my legal drivers license stating my age of 24 and comparing it to my debit card, handed it back to me. Needless to say, we immediately left the bar, and I will be contacting the manager in the morning.
Went here on a Sunday. Bouncer snapped my real license in half and proceeded to tell me that “I should probably get a new one”. Asked for management and the bartender just shrugged and sarcastically said sorry. Really great service!
The food was super appetizing. Nothing but pleasant experiences here. Prices were average for the menu. Feels like a place in Charlotte that I enjoyed visiting.
Do people look at these? Either way, great bar, has multiple floors depending on your mood, and 40s. What more could you ask for.
Drinker's Pub is the place to go if your in Philadelphia wanting to enjoy a game and a drink downstairs or the game and a lot of dancing and fun upstairs. Enjoy!
I just love this place.have been here many number of times and this place never disappoints. All my friends who have visited me from outside loved this place
Best place to meet friend. Wide selection of drinks. Amazing services. This place was beautiful. Staff were courteous. Affordable place to had a pint of beer. Food was delicious.
Found drinkers a few months back through a friend and since then I've been hooked. It's a great bar with amazing prices. The music is fantastic and the bar tenders are incredibly attentive. I've never had a bad time here and it has become a must stop place any time I'm in the area.
The food is the star here. Cheap good eats. Reasonable alcohol prices. We had the fresh cut fries and they were perfectly crispy!
Upstairs bar is roomy with pool table and cheap PRB's and Natty's. Turns into club later at night. Downstairs is all decorated, and tends to be a college bar, so dancing is encouraged.
