My first visit to Dr Pickard was last week. He’s pretty much the whole package for what you need in a doctor. I see negative reviews about his staff and I’m not sure why. From the first call to my first visit I found everyone to be upbeat and friendly.

The doctor is wonderful caring person. The staff answering the phone is the problem. I should be able to make an appointment without harassment from staff on the phone. And have my message relayed to my doctor of my concerns. Not filtered by staff.

This practice is good. Dr Pickard is thorough and staff is very accommodating even when I’m annoying….
