They post they have items in stock when they don't. If it's not in stock, you don't take my money, and then say I have to order it. Customer service is poor. Took three months to get my item, after I had to call them personally and track it down. If fast shipping is what your looking for, this is not the outfit for your next purchase. If online orders is all you do now, you better bring your A' game.

Seem like great people. Helpful and the store is clean. However, BE WARNED they do not sell drum sets. They've changed their business model and only do special orders. Just FYI if you're making a trip. Cheers.

I ordered a part online from them. 2 months later and it still has not arrived. I was told it shipped but was never given a tracking number or anything typical. Last time I will ever order anything from them and would never recommend using them

Drums Etc IS a drummer's Pro Shop. They do it right and they do it well. I have been buying my drums and accessories from them for years because of the following:

1. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everyone is always so pleasant and genuinely happy to see you. That's always a great start. Drum stores are fun and they certainly seem to know that. They have attentive and pleasant sales people who listen to your needs and have a plethora of drum knowledge to help guide you in the right direction. They make it easy to get your questions answered and have you walk out with the product that meets or exceeds your needs. For a drum store, they have relaxed environment with non-pushy sales people which equals more time to explore and learn without the high-sales pressure of some other stores. They are personable and there always seems to be something to talk about.

2. ENVIRONMENT/STORE. The store is very organized and clean. Everything is easy to find. They have an impressive selection of drum gear and accessories and about everything else a multi-instrument musician would need or want for basics and more. One stop shopping. Good for those who drive the distance to visit them. The store is well lit and there are plenty of places to test out specific products before you buy them. You can be hands-on and find what works for you without having to order online, then wait for the product to arrive, then return the product if you do not like it, then re-order another product and wait for it again. It's there. You can walk home with it. Location is great too with plenty of parking! Bring your tour bus! If you don't have the option to visit the store, they also have an impressive website where you can have everything shipped to your front door.

3. OTHER COOL STUFF. They have a used drum room with great deals. They have teaching studios. They have a very affordable band rehearsal room you can rent and rock-out.just bring your amps & guitars, because it includes the drum kit and PA system. They have Rock School for musicians looking to get stage time playing in a band. They have drum clinics. They have drum recitals. They have a lot more than you probably ever knew. They have community! You can't buy that online. Congrats Drums Etc for serving Lancaster's drumming community all these years and for being such a cool and pleasant shopping experience!

Happened to stumble upon this place by mistake. It was directly next to the hotel that I was staying at. Five of us walked in and we were very impressed with their diverse selection. They basically sell anything and everything that you’d need for your drum set. I actually ended up leaving with a drum set the next day. The tall kid working the store was a true professional. Even helped me car ry the drums to the car and figure out a way to fit everything into my compact car.
