DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, Pittsburgh PA

Clean location, lots of options. Same problem i have at every DSW. Not enough options in size 10. All the cute clearance shoes are sizes 6-8.

Giving them a three stars simply for the fact that they don’t sell basketball shoes for men. Kinda weird to me, it’s 2019. Get some basketball shoes. I mean they had Nike Monarchs, I just need a little more effort DSW

Thank goodness I can visit a shoe store that carries my size. I wear a womans 5 or 5 1/2. Not a size easily found nowadays. I walked out with 4 pairs of shoes, casual and dress, not to mention a pair of boots. The discount on the name brands arts also a huge plus.

I was disappointed with my experience here at DSW. The website listed shoes that were supposedly being sold by DSW, but it neglected to tell me that they were only offered, "online, " not carried in-store. On top of that, even J. C. Penny's, Kohl's, & various other locations, carry the shoes I was looking for. I had just preferred to shop at DSW. In the future I think I will consider shopping elsewhere, first, before going back to DSW. Very disappointed with them.

The employees are nice at this store and very helpful. They always ask if I'm finding everything ok. But DSW is generally more expensive than other places in my opinion. Sometimes the clearance has good stuff.

Nice selection of shoes. People arent on the floor to help. Stood for 10 mins waiting and looking for help before i had to go to register to demand help.

Do you enjoy mazes? Or truck stop restrooms where all the toilets are out of service? Then ask to use the restroom and fear for your life. The shoe selection was also as disappointing.

While they have a large selection, the shoes are cheaply made. Quality is not there. They do not carry narrow width shoes.

Was a little overwhelmed when I walked in with my 14 year old granddaughter. The selection is huge! Thank goodness she knew what she wanted. We looked and couldn't find it. She then spotted a worker with the exact pair so she asked and the girl showed her where they were. She was super helpful. My granddaughter got the shoes she's been working so hard to get. The worker (I wish I got her name) made her day. Thank you to the worker with the checkered Vans! You are wonderful!

I've been disappointed in the selection in the last few years. It's difficult to find a quality leather shoe here anymore. Most of what they sell is plastic - "man-made material. ". Really, that's Walmart quality. Like I said, disappointing.
But the staff in this store have already been great!

I always leave with a fantastic pair of designer shoes. I quit wasting my time shopping around to other shoe stores. Love the selection here!

This place offers really great and wonderful shoe selection! The shoes here are high quality and are a bit higher in prices.

I love their shoes they have plenty of different shoes that have a variety of shoes and the prices are okay I will tell someone to go there

Salespersons are very helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of shoes and accessories for sale.

DSW has a big selection of shoes and accessories. I like that you can find a pair of shoes but also a purse, wallet, socks, and other little items. Join their mailing list for good coupons that get mailed out every few months, usually the coupons are valued at $10-20 off of a minimum purchase. During the holidays they will even offer free gifts with minimum purchase. I received a cozy throw blanket last Christmas season 2017.

Wonderful help! Shawn at century 3 DSW helped me SO much! They did not have my soze in the shoe I wear and he found it online and told me how to sign up for their rewards program so I could get free shipping! I purchased the shoes on Sunday evening.and received them Thursday afternoon! He was so nice and so helpful! Will be returning again for sandals for summer!

Awesome store rarely busy. Just wish they had childrens shoes too. The staff is nice and friendly.

Lots and lots of shoes so there's a good chance if you're in the market for a pair you'll find something here. If not, it'll give you chance to see what is out there and maybe that'll help too. Not pressuring sales staff which is really nice.

Good store to find whatever shoes that you are looking for, because they sell everything! If you cannot afford name brand shoes, go to the back section and look at the discount rack.
