If I could give this place no stars, I would. The customer service at this place is literally non existent. The staff just stands up in the front by the cash wrap and doesn’t walk around to ask customers if they need any help. They might as well just get rid of the staff and have a self check out line like Walmart.

Awesome shoe store. Neat and clean. Sales are amazing. Can order online and pick in store. Customer service is always great.

We went in specifically for Crocs. A very poor selection for children! Seriously only 2 colors.

DSW has always empress me with their large selection of shoes for the entire family. I have been to numerous locations throughout the country and have never been disappointed. Always great finds with reasonable prices. Good staff members willing to assist with finding exactly what you need.

The cashiers were super nice and helped me split my transactions to use all of my coupons! Everything was clean and organized and very easy to shop as well!

Visited the store today and was impressed with the precautions being taken for the safety of the staff and customers. We felt very comfortable.

Was ok but wish they had more of a selection of Reeboks running sneakers which they didnt have any and hard to find at any store around york and with a wide with. Nike's are just to narrow and if you dont see most stores carry way to many styles of that shoe that I wouldn't even buy

Every pair are seconds or irregular and your paying nearly top dollar.my last pair from here last 2 months before falling apart. BEWARE

Terrible customer service! I went to the DSW at 610 town center 12/12/19, @1: 15pm and couldn't believe the customer service I received! Was in store for half hour with no contact from the 3 employees working! When I did walk up to the 3 employees talking about personal stuff to ask question I was ignored and after few minutes walked away! I put back the 2 boxes of shoes I wanted and left store very unhappy! Unbelievable!

No one speaks when you walk in. All 5 employees where huddled talking. No customer service at all.

Love this place! For pricing range, designer and popular brands, and the wide variety of styles, it is hard to beat! The shoes are of good quality, and the sales associates are friendly and helpful. They honor coupons even with online orders if, for example, they don't have the size, or color.even a certain style they feature online. Unfortunately, everytime a coupon featuring a "freebie, " such as a tote, or umbrella is available, the free item has always been unavailable-"we're out"- due to what? I don't know.too many people for too few items? !
