I cannot say enough great things about the store employees here! They're always friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the inventory. I was assisted by both Andrew and Louri today. Just a really great crew working here.

They have a great selection, just not what I was looking for for my event. Still reccomend!

I ordered shoes on line. After waiting almost 3 weeks, the quality of the shoes were cheap. To worsen the experience, the unpleasant, unkind sales associate did not get the second order that arrived and was stored by surname. Now I have to do seconds. 1) a second trip to the same store within 24 hours; 2) a second attempt to get the order cancelled, 3) a second effort to get black flats. I'm not feeling like a VIP.

Oooh man.too many options! I went in for sneakers, came out with dress boots because of sale!

It’s always a hit or miss when I come here. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful.

I love this store, I go for my shoe addiction. I have noticed employees are very knowledgeable, hard working, and kind when asked for help. I recommend going here for great customer service and of course great shoes.

The employee and store manager are the worst, ordered a pair of shoes online with pick up from store and the answer was " we have more than 500 boxes, but we will not bring them/ open them just in weeks from now on"
REALLY, the website doesn't say weeks or next year, because some employees dosen't want to work and are lazy.

I was very understanding in the beginning, and I found a pair on the shelf and I ask to buy that one, was gray not brown, and again the answer was NO

We do refund, which will get to me in 7-10 days and, I need to pay again for some lazy people

Hit or miss. Store hrs have been reduced by of staff shortages. Lines are typically longer than expected. Curbside pickup available.

Products are great, but.but, when you call the store make sure their systems are working, make sure that they tell you what time they are open until. Do not I repeat do not go by store hours. Twice, I came here and they closed 3 hours before their closing time to try to return shoes. I understand employee shortage but if that's the case they only need to be open on the weekends for this location in Willow Grove.

Good selection. Gave it less stars because online orders have taken longer than 2 hours. The last time I did curbside the person who answered the phone seemed irritated to help. The person who brought out the items however was awesome.

It's a good store, but I guess because of covid the winter shoe inventory was not that great.

NICE STORE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY HELPFUL; BUT THEY DON'T HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF LOW BLOCK WEDDING SHOES, WHICH I WAS LOOKING FOR. THEY NEED TO ACKNOWLEDGE SOME WOMEN CAN'T WEAR HIGH HEELS. I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM OUT OF TOWN TO REACH THEIR OUTLET. I BOUGHT A PAIR, BUT WASN'T REALLY THE ONES I WANTED. HAD THE STYLE, BUT NOT THE COLOR; I NEEDED IVORY SHOES.

Hit or miss here on selection and sizes. I was expecting better prices than what I saw. I'm betting that as with other shoe discounters their clearance section is where the only great values are found but that requires frequent visits to check it.

Great selection of dress and athletic shoes at reasonable prices. Very convenient to have the ability to try on various brands to find the right fit and style. Good location with ample parking and easy access and egress.

Rachel is AMAZING! Great selection of shoes. I am lucky to have small feet, and can wear youth sizes in some shoes, especially running shoes.

Learned to convert ladies sizes to youth from Rachel.

If you are not aware of how to do it, for example, if you wear a ladies size 7.5, you would wear a youth size 6. (7.5 - 1.5).

I felt like I was bothering employees when I asked a question. They seem too distracted with inventory to help customers.

My son and I visit the store the other day we both fell just what we were looking for bargains. Show return!
