Awesome place. I am glad some places survived the customer service-heart attack produced by the pandemic. No place is perfect…but this place gives it a great try. I recommend it and I’ll continue coming…

Just OK. Needs more variety. Those so called clearance rack prices might has well be on the regular priced display

I checked the internet shopping web and some shoes available in their store on the website. So we were there the first time. But I couldn't find those shoes and I asked the staff and shows photos. She went to check the stockroom and brought 1 pair of shoes that we want. She couldn't find other shoes that we wanted. Anyway, She was nice.

Bad experience with over the phone customer service. The employee/ manager refused to answer whether or not I can make a return for a sale/clearance item. The information was not disclosed on my receipt, therefore I called the store for confirmation. The employee INSISTED THAT; “it is too much too say/explain over the phone, so you can visit the online portal to answer your question”. I continued to ask “so the answer is NO, I can not have my question answered over the phone? ” She said “the website is user friendly enough, you will be able to access the answer to your question independently”. I was beyond frustrated with her nonsensical repetitive reply, so I simply hung up & called the Philadelphia location. The manager there was glad to answer my question with NO hesitation, word games or interference of any kind… which was a relief! As soon as I have time, I am going to return the shoes simply because I do not want this company, especially at this location (Wynnewood) to have my money! The interaction with this location today was RUDE, VERY SARCASTIC, ABSURD & RIDICULOUS! My 13 year old’s communication/ interpersonal skills are far better than the individuals in which they hire here!

Cashier was rude their selection was poor there was only one cashier working all day there were three people by the time we left because a line had gotten so long would not shop at this DSW again

Not cramped.a million shoes and great bags/accessories etc! Shop here! Also. ALWAYS tons of parking!

Good selection, fair prices, nice, helpful people. It was actually a pleasure shopping there.

Sad, I presented 3 online $99 Ugg and none advertised they all in photo cost regular prices

Customer service is terrible. We waited in line for 20 minutes as at least 5 people including the manager worked the floor. By working the floor I mean telling customers to look items up on the app and inventory. Two people were working the register one of which was on the phone for 15 minutes servicing a customer. When I left there were 10 people in line.

I went to the DSW in Wynnewood PA, and there was a car in front of me for curbside pickup. The young man with glasses (I believe he was mixed, I didn’t catch his name) looked at me and just kept walking. He then went inside so I called and said I was picking up my order. He told me to move to another spot and I’m thinking “ok this is closer to the door, that doesn’t make much sense and the other person just got theirs from the same spot”. He came down and instead of just checking my ID and handing me my shoes, he decided it was appropriate to spend the next 2 minutes lecturing me on moving my car and where I should park. I literally just kept saying ok and holding out my ID and he just kept going. I didn’t come here to be chastised as if I work for him. It wasn’t appropriate nor appreciated. It was highly unprofessional and off putting. If he wanted me to move so bad, he shouldn’t have spent the time yelling at me to not park there and just handed me my items.

Dsw is definitely not the same as it used to be. The staff that I dealt with were rude and condescending and very unhelpful. I was very disappointed with how I was treated.

Loved it. I got what I needed. Covid 19 rules were executed and the staff was friendly. Got some good deals.

You always find a shoe or a boot or bootie here. Reasonably priced as well. You will definitely be pleased.

Don't shop here. Just had a run in with store clerk Darrin who refused to ask a family (2 twentysomething parents and 4 kids aged 6-12) who were not wearing masks, to put them on or leave. I confronted them and got a load of 'anti mask' insults. If you don't want to wear a mask, stay home people! DSW, you have a mask policy, enforce it! Ridiculous.

We had great experience at DSW today working with Aria. We needed to do an exchange and she was kind, patient, and very friendly with us. We appreciate the high quality customer service!

There was also lots of hand sanitizer available around the whole store, which we were thankful for!

The customer service here is excellent! I was in yesterday and there was a very rude customer causing a big fuss about socks she was trying to return despite having opened them. The gentleman helping her was polite, patient, and clear. He handled it beautifully and was much more professional than I would have been in that tough situation. Thank you and great job!
