You really need to fix your hours online. This is the third time I've tried to come before the listed closing price and the doors are locked and the employees just stare at you. I'm not shopping with DSW any longer.

What an expansive shoe store. Lots to look at and choose from many styles of shoes that will suit all types. I received a very friendly warm welcome which was really nice, thanks! The prices are pretty competitive. It's sale time everywhere so not the best place to shop for a good deal. I found shoe brands not offered elsewhere. I will continue to give them a try. DSW has a great selection of what I like! Check it out. The back of South Hills Village Mall. Lots of adjacent parking.
In search of shoes for a wedding & found the perfect style.
I typically wear a 9.5 but only a 9 was available. I planned to purchase the 9 but I asked at the counter about availability of 9.5 & without hesitation, the clerk searched online, found my size & offered to order it & ship it directly to my home at no extra cost.
She ordered & they arrived with 3 days. They were a perfect fit.
Note: (I did purchase the 9 just incase there was a problem with delivery time & was able to return the store purchased pair with no problem once the online pair arrived)
On Wednesday afternoon, October 12th, I heard the manager of the store call several young workers her worst nightmare. This is uncalled for by anyone. She said they weren't doing anything and I had seen them busy. With people like that manager you will find it hard to keep workers when they're treated with disrespect. How would she like to be treated like that? If one of those young ladies were my child I would be in that store and ask that manager what gave her the right to belittle them in front of customers! Maybe I should have spoken up because those poor girls didn't know what to say or do because they were doing their job. Next time I will speak up, if there is a next time! This happened at the DSW by the South Hills Mall.
