10Every pair of sneaker I brought from this company gave me blisters on my feet. God forbid if you have to the bathroom, not in this store.no matter how much money you spend you can never win a raffle and all the workers give their family and friends first dibs of all the best stuff along with workers discount.
Stopped by Earlier Today. It’s a gentlemen.well 2 guys there always. Customer Service Oriented. However.they were pre occupied. Directly Behind the register. It’s A semi section of winter hats, which I was looking for mist inn.with summerish caps however. A female asked WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING For? Just like So. No Good morning No Welcome To Dtrl. Nothing.so my immediate response was a hat OBVIOUSLY. She continue to stand there being rude.so I took off.it was an exchange that was heated in part because of her rudeness. The Morale of the Story. Is Customer Service At the store makes u not even wanna patronize this establishment. The guys are always heady alert and always willing to help. Perhaps the queen of the dam was ragging.
I did not like my experience at villa I bought to pairs of shoes for my daughter when I got home they didn't fit or like I want to return it for a full refund and they do not give redund just store credit now I have to stick with them when there are more variety in other stores never will shop there again make sure that you really going to stay with the item because you will only get store credit
I will never order sneakers for this company. I was promised callbacks and monitoring of my snaekers never got a return call nor did I get the sneakers in time for my daughter's party. This promises came form management. I will never aupoors this business and urge other people not to as well.
Horrible customer service. They never answer the customer service phone line. Do not order anything on-line from them. If there is anything wrong you will have a very difficult time getting any support.
Sorry I don't need to pay 200 dollars for a pair of sneakers or shoes. I think they've got extremely expensive clothing too. Hate to pay for a brand or name. That's ridiculous.

Everytime im in villa i feel like its my own personwl closet they help me pick out outfits that mat h the kicks i buy.the manager raphael is mad cool.what up villa u doing ur thing!
U never get picked for a raffle, because the store workers be holding shoes for friends and family. Smh
Overpriced clothing and footwear, dont spend your money here unless it's when they have the tent sale
