Duck Donuts, Hershey PA

OMG My 1st experience was a good 1! Pleasant friendly staff, even showing me the workings. I ordered 3 hot fresh donut's that we found amazing! $2 for each individually made good stuff, just the drinks and other specialties IMO are a little pricey but probably compares to starbucks. Did have a customer who pulled in after me, complain that I parked too close but was not entitled. Lol Recommend when you're in town.

Omg! Absolutely the best donuts around! Made fresh to order. You have to try “Bacon under the Sun” and “ Caramel apple pie”. I am in heaven eating those. So fresh and warm and totally yummy!

Adorable boutique donut shop. Donuts are inexpensive allowing you to try many of the amazing flavors. Staff is courteous and the store is very clean. Highly recommended for visitors and locals!

If I could give a zero I would. I loved their establishment prior to my experience today in Hershey PA. I asked for a cup of water after spending $35 for breakfast for four of us. My kids needed medicine and they literally told me they have no water except for donuts. I asked what their employees drink, they told me they bring their own. Now Granted I would have bought a bottle but after the behavior and attitude it was all about principal for me. This was absolutely ridiculous. I
asked for a manager, was told ok they are in the back. After waiting for fifteen minutes, then a girl told me there was not a manager on site only team leads ok then help me out, nope they can't.

Never heard of it before. But absolutely delicious, donuts are literally made in front of you! They are warm when you get them.

I would have given 5 stars, as these are our favorite donuts when traveling more south. We only had a problem with 2 donuts. 1 was beachball. We didn't get the chocolate syrup on top, as shown on the menu. I didn't realize this until after we left the store, of course. The other was the Raspberry Fluff. The donuts were so hot the sauce melted right off, so it just looked like a plain donut. The donuts are delicious, but maybe wait for them to cool so that toppings look as pictured when you order them.

I will get straight to the point. You don't have to try all the flavors. You can be satisfied with two or four and no more. The donuts are prepared on the spot in front of the visitor and the experience is interesting and pleasant. The taste of the donuts is delicious. Although, this is not a donut type donut. The outside tastes like a donut, but the dough inside is reminiscent of a soft dough that is cooked in a pot and then fried. The texture inside is soft but dense and tastes like a cake in the flesh. You cannot eat more than two donuts due to gravity. There is no comparison to other donuts because it is not the same type. Say it's the best donut? I don't agree, I apologize. Those looking for good donuts or donuts are welcome to come to the Philadelphia Farmers' Market and stand in line at Billers' booth. Beyond that, I invite you to browse and read other reviews I wrote about other recommended and good places in the US and Europe where you can find the donuts of your dreams, including different types of places that specialize in making donuts. Unfortunately, duck donuts is not the best place. An experience to stop and taste two but not more.

These aren't just doughnuts! More like a warm funnel cake. I am not big on sweets but this is a must try!

Custom donuts, they've perfected it. Taking away one star for human error. 2 missing breakfast sandwich (add on) items that were paid for and overlooked special requests from an online order made for a downer moment. The Donuts alone, earned the 4 stars!

This place used to be the best for a breakfast sandwich and good doughnuts. They are now running a convenience fee scam that adds 1.50 to everything. So now breakfast sandwiches are a few cents short of 8 dollars.

Wow, really like these donuts so amazing. So many flavors to choose from and it gets better you can create your own I know mind blowing right. Great staff to go with it too, you can't beat that.

My rating is based on the service I received. This morning I went in to buy a latte and I was approached by the staff making the latte. In her exact words, "this is a restaurant and dogs are not allowed. " I immediately informed her she needs to read the laws, especially as my dog had on an identification. Further, I requested a hot latte, and I received one more cold than hot. Employers need to educate their staff on laws, ignorance makes the establishment look stupid. This business hires a lot of young people which is good but they also need to take responsibility on educating their staff the laws. Staff behavior can become a liability. Given this incident occurred prior to receiving my latte I question if the temperature of my latte was intentional as I requested a hot latte.

Love the donughts and ivette is a great addition very friendly.update just left duck donuts.ordered 2 milkshakes and 2 donughts.my milkshakes were the consistency of water and the girl pretty much got smart with me so I threw them away and left.should have just lit that money on fire instead of wasting it here.also the place was filthy all the tables and floor we re gross and I counted 4 employees on their phones.as a local resident who came here often.we won't be back!

Great for kids! They can watch the donuts being made. Fresh made to order. Also vegan coffee options with dairy free milk. If you get caramel make sure you don't get the sauce as that contains milk. All very friendly and helpful employees. Very clean as well

Not cheap but you’re paying for quality of these donuts! Thanks for having my to-go pre-order ready on time for me to bring into work! Also appreciate early hours for those that have to be at work by 7am!

I got a bacon egg and cheese on a donut which was absolutely delicious. I also got donuts there, they were delicious as well. Service was friendly.

Love the doughnuts, dislike female staff attitude. Besides the one nice women named Lindsay who was the sweetest.

Until last week, I’d never had a Duck Donut! The great staff there customize your donut and are “made to order”! My order was so great, I’d wished I had ordered 2!
