Duncannon Assembly of God Church

This is what churches are supposed to be like. Just amazing people, doing amazing things. I couldn't be more grateful to the members of this church. Amazing food, a place to sleep, a hot shower and good company! Trail magic or miracles from angels. Whatever you want to call it, I love these people and would like to thank them again. The service and food was better than fine dining restaurants. They wouldn't even accept money! At least for the dinner that is. It's pretty reasonable to ask for donations for using hot water and facilities. Thanks again!

Just the fact that they let hikers stay here with just suggested donations was telling of their kindness. Extremely clean showers, surge protectors, and a clean place to wait out some rain was much-needed for me. Five out of five stars. I wish I could give more. I ask future hikers to donate as much as they are able to the church as well.

The night I decided stop, service was cancelled, without noting as such on the sign. Wasted a half-hour waiting around till someone finally came out to tell me. I might try again.

What a welcoming visit to Duncanon, the hikers love the air conditioning and nice warm shower. Thank you.
