Dunham's Sports, Burnham PA

On the flyer there was a Eaglepeak 11x11 gazebo on sale from 5/1/2021 to 7/31/2021. I went to Dunham in May and June they still didn't have any. July flyer came out the 11x11 Eaglepeak gazebo is in the add. I called today to ask if the gazebo was available, the guy put me on hold for 1/2 hr, got back on to tell me they didn't. I ask if I could order it I was on hold for another 1/2hr. For him to tell me he didn't know. At this point I asked to speak to a manager. The manager is now working with me, let's see how this plays out. I will have an up date.

Love this place! Excellent selection of camping and other outdoor supplies. Good prices, and helpful friendly staff!

This was first visit to Dunham's, they have a large stock of clothes, shoes etc. I was surprised the pricing was very reasonable. Cashier was very nice.

Overall nice store for sporting goods and name brand clothes and shoes. The staff was friendly and store was clean. Prices were a bit high but not terrible, I got exactly what my kids needed tho.

Decent restrooms pretty clean. They have a lot of name-brand things although it comes with a name brand price pretty spendy. Unless you can get shoes from the discount section as I did.

Our family of four visited this Dunham's on a Saturday morning to buy each of us a kayak. Mike, the store manager, came over to offer assistance immediately and was friendly, super knowledgeable and patient. He's been kayaking for many years and had a lot of really helpful advice for gear selection. Our family is new to kayaking and we range in size from 6'3"/250 lbs down to an average sized 9 year old kid. Mike patiently worked each of us through kayak and paddle selection, explaining pros and cons of various options given our size and personal preferences. He also honored the coupon we had and even did better. It was a great buying experience from start to finish and we're super excited to get on the water!

Good selection of sporting goods and brand name casual wear. Employees are friendly and helpful.

The place was a little cramped for having a cart and a baby that needs to stay a long and grabs everything. That being said, There were some great sales on winter jackets and other apparel. The women's section was fairly well picked through. I was there for something specific and the cashier went out of her way and helped me to find it. The only place to go for sporting goods near Lewistown!

Horrific service. Been waiting for help in shoes for over half hour. Even walked to guns where two male associates are flirting with female associte and ask for help she called over loud speaker yet noone has shown up.

They have osm stuff here! Whenever I need anything for hunting, fishing, or camping, I know where to go for it! And they have very reasonable prices

Been here 2 times in the past 2 weeks to purchase a handgun. Both times i spent over an hour in the store waiting for someone to assist me in the hunting department. The first trip i did not seek assistance but just walked around and continuously kept checking back at the counter in the hunting department for a sales person but every time i checked there was no one there to assist me. The second trip i made i went immediately back to the hunting department and of course once again there was no sales person. I then went to the front checkout and asked for assistance in the hunting department. The woman called for assistance right away. I was expecting to get someone who actually knew something about the guns they are selling but instead i was assisted by an elderly woman who knew nothing what so ever about guns and was only able to let me see them. She then told me the sales person in charge of that department was unloading a truck and would be able to assist me in 15 to 20 minutes. I said that was fine and i would shop around for a while. For the next hour and 20 minutes i continously kept checking back at the sales counter in the hunting department and no one was ever there to assist customers and i was not the only one waiting for assistance. Needless to say i still was not able to make my purchase nor will i buy from them now. I will drive out of my way and go to a store where customer service is available. Way to go and lose business Dunhams guess you just dont care about your customers!

Decent selection of fishing gear. No one bugged me while browsing but at same time there was no one helping me make selection. A little personal attention might be helpful.

Found what I needed, new winter gloves ski pants and gloves for an 11 year old at a good price!

People are helpful. Selection is lacking in some areas. No big men's sizes, for example. A bit higher priced for our area, but they do carry a lot of sporting goods and exercise equipment that are hard to find locally.

Clean, organized store but the downfall is the employees. Often times they are hard to find when trying to get assistance with something and we have had a couple of poor interactions with cashiers. This past visit was the worst, the cashier was very rude and made it seem like we were an inconvenience to him when a product was not properly tagged with a barcode/price. When I offered to get another one for him to scan he gave quite the attitude and was unappreciative of our efforts. We simply left without making any purchases because of this cashier.
