Did not know that Dunham's has layaway that was great I was able to layaway something that I had been wanting for long time make payments on it till paid for thanks great service

Love this place. Sells my favorite coffee (Black rifle). Plus their prices are amazing. Got a pair of hey dude shoes for s great price, more cost effective then getting them from the manufacturer. I always support local businesses.

Discrepancy on a sale priced item and the manager (Wes) stepped in and helped to honor what was perceived to be the sale.
I appreciate this type of pro action, especially in these times and will continue to patronize this store for decent prices and service like this.

They had what we were looking for, a fire and water proof safe. At least they still have hunting stuff here! Staff was nice.

Got ammo for a good price the one salesman behind the gun counter actually sold me on a new gun but was kind of annoying so will go get it at the West Mifflin store like that one better anyway

Stopped in to potentially buy a rifle and the individual working the counter was to busy drinking coffee and talking on his phone to wait on me after twin minutes of not being acknowledged I approached him and was told he was busy and didn't have time for 1044 paperwork.

Cashier rang up items, full price. Told mgr Stephanie the sign says "on sale". She goes and looks, comes back, changes the price in the register to the sale price, never said A WORD to me OR the cashier, like its MY fault!? Who hires a person with NO people skills to be mgr? I dont want to be a customer, and i would definitely not want to be an employee. Cmon people, we can do better than this! RUDE!

Needed sandles cause the dog ate the ones i had. I needed swimming trunks for the hot tub. Woop woop

Went to buy a gun they list in stock in monroeville and west Mifflin. Neither store could find the gun. Manager at west Mifflin said they don't keep track of what weapons they have in stock. I am sure ATF would like to know this.

Not much football gear. Lots of camping and clothing. Clean. Cashier was I different and didn't speak

I've shopped at Dunham's multiple times and today was no exception. I was able to get a few things on sale and use a coupon on my one no-sale item. The staff is helpful and friendly and the store is usually well stocked. Manager Denise was especially helpful. Highly recommended!

Bought 2 guns from this location today and it being 2 days before Christmas background checks were taking forever and the store was pretty crazy and they had a couple extremely rude customers but I can’t say enough how well the man that waited on me handled all of it his name was kevin and not only had a lot of knowledge on their selection but handled everything very well and kept a great attitude through it all I would definitely recommend this location ESPECIALLY if kevin is working

I prefer Dunham's to most other places. However their ammo price gouging is ridiculous.

Worst place ever to shop, especially in their hunting and fishing department, they have no clue what they are doing back there even the manager! And this is after multiple times dealing with them. They don't even know what stock they have, they will tell you over the phone yeah we have it in stock then when you get there 20 minutes later they tell you Ohh I thought we had them and they don't, especially after he tells you that there's a bunch of them.
