This particular DD, has excellent drive up customers service. I love the interactive service and great quality
Missed one part of order (probably because of mask compliance) but positive attitude staff and respectful. Oh and prompt service;)
The manager at this store on 8/25/2020 in the morning didn’t want to help me. She knew she didn’t make my order but she made other people ‘s orders that came after me. And at the end I realized she told her cashier to make it which I think was rude. Just an overall horrible experience
This dunkin donuts I'm talking about 16th and Washington ave. It's a shame that the crowd of people from the clinic totally ruin that location. There should be a law about them hanging around all day in front and inside really making it very unpleasant for anyone even considering stopping in.
It's a nice place to go get a and a cold or frozen cold flavor of any kind and all different breakfast u can eat in the. They will help u with whatever u need or like to eat. And the people there are nice and friendly. Great place to take your for a or breakfast.
Best place to have desserts and shakes and donuts. This place has various flavors of donuts available for every kind of taste.
Ordered an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Got home and, cream cheese was plain. Sooooo pissed
The Dunkin donuts at board and nedro is being run very well very clean, staff is nice and they pay attention to getting your order right, but the shop at broad and Wyoming it has too many grils talking (not store stuff) they don't pay attention to the customers. I have spoken to many other customers that have completed about the staff in the store (nothing done) so a lot of people just go other places. I walk right past that shop just to get to a shop that would give me the service that I pay for. This store also cuts back on the amount of coffee they put in the pot and they think the customers don't know (they don't put a full bag in the flow through bags) you can taste it. It not right I wish something could be done about this store it's making Dunkin donuts company look bad.
Everyone is nice and friendly. Great service and drive is always kept moving, never a long wait.
