Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
14The lady that took our order sounded less than enthusiastic to be there. My coffee tasted like it had been sitting for hours. The munchkins were totally stale.
Closing an hour early isn’t convenient when you place an order through the app expecting to get a coffee before your overnight shift. What a waste of time and I had to rush to a nearest Wawa thinking maybe all Dunkin’ Donuts were closed. Didn’t want to risk it. Employees were waiting outside and were nice about it but it really messed up my commute.
Although I only frequent this Dunkin' a few times a year, I felt that I had to write a review. This location continually has horrible service and is always dirty. I only went here because someone gave me a gift card. They undercharged me, so I let them know. After that, they overcharged me for doughnuts! The woman manager was not apologetic at all or wanted to hear any part of my experience. So disappointed.
This has great people but the slowest drive thru in the Tristate area. Do not come here if you need anything quick. Expect to spend at LEAST ten minutes in the long line, most days 15-20. They do not hustle here at all. In fact, you can watch the lot for 5 minutes and see car after car abandon and give up. I’m not sure why they’re like this here. Must not like business. They could do much more. Very slow location with absentee owner.
This was my first time ordering from this location.
I asked for 2 BLUEBERRY donuts and received these dry kind instead.
Slow, disrespectful and I will not go to this place again, One customer ahead of me took 15 minutes for a coffee and milk I had to stand there while two men rambled on and on amongst themselves and not even acknowledging my presence for five minutes; The older man even had a nerve to raise his voice at me when I requested service;Ridge Ave, Conshohocken Dunkin’ Donuts trash
This is my favorite Dunkin store. It's close to where I work. The people who work here are pleasant and you always get a good morning.
I've never had an incorrect order. If you order on the app make sure you're close. They're fast with the orders so if you're not there in ten minutes the food will most likely get cold.
I had worst experience here, the women on the drive thru was yelling for no reason when asked for hot chai latte that it can't be made any more hot.
Whoever made my iced caramel macchiato today - it was the best one I’ve ever had in my life and I’m gonna come back to this location forever now lol
This is arguably one of the worst Dunkin I’ve ever gone to. They close at crazy times, I drove through once and they said they closed at 9: 50. It says 10. I’m not trying to be nit picky, but closing 10 minutes before the listed time is somewhat obnoxious. The kicker is when I’ve gone in around 9: 30, they took the order of the person in front of me then I pulled up and they said WERE CLOSED! Even though they took the order of the person in front of me AND made their order. And this was before 10: 00, when they are listed to close in the store and online. This is the only one close to me, so I’m still resorted to go here.
I come here at least 3x a week. Mornings are fine with fast and good service. Anytime between 3-6pm wait at least 15-20 minutes in drive thru. They Definitely need more help and more efficient way to get a coffee. After 20minutes of waiting, I got the wrong coffee. NEVER is there any verbal communication, no thank you, when I say thank you.no response.train your employees to be courteous and efficient.
Terrible service. No greeting when you pull up to drive through, no saying they’ll be with you shortly. They just sit on the other end with the microphone on. Drinks usually don’t taste right. This is pre-pandemic, too. Just an overall bad location.
Went in this morning and was charged $2.99 for a large Ice Tea. Dunkin’ was more than Starbucks before tax. I guess that every shop is different in price for liquid drinks.
