Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
15I always come to this location because I never have a problem with the coffee I get. Only besides one instance my coffee has been perfect. I never really have to wait very long to get my drinks. There is no dining inside.
Just taking there time.we waited like 15 minutes for 2 bagels when there was next to no one in the store. I think the employees need more practice or training.
Oh boy! What a shame! I saw that little Dunkin donutshop all alone over there, in the corner by itself. No cars in the parking lot. No customers in the store. What happened. Where's everyone else. The 2 girls working there were bored. I felt so bad. Remembering all the different times Dunkin donuts was there for me. So, I pulled over. Parked right out front and went inside. Everything was ok. So I bought a grub and left. Don't know how you do it. But keep going. Your always there no matter what. Thanks DD!
Great service me & my wife come here all the time. Fast & well prepared coffee. Hollywood showed us great service once again!
Good service and they had a good selection of donuts. Yes its dirty outside. But there is parking.
Coffee taste isn’t consistent. Regular coffee with cream taste like drinking sugar with cream. Large macchiato with full of ice. I mean you can see the ice touch the bottom of the cup. That is how full it is. It may only last 5-7 sips for $5.39. $1 a sip. When I oder less ice so I hope to get a little more milk or coffee, it turns out less ice and my large size becomes a medium size in a large cup. Lol. A huge empty space in the cup. What a joke. At other locations, they give me a full large cup with less ice. Good luck with the Starbucks. It is now in the town.
I’d never even thought about leaving a bad review anywhere before going to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Would leave zero stars if I could. Every time I come here they take 15,20, sometimes even 30 minutes to make an order even if it’s ordered online through their to-go app too. Service is consistently slow, and they typically get the order wrong as well. I highly recommend driving 2 minutes up the road to the other Dunkin’ Donuts if you want to get the right order and/or not have to wait 30+ minutes for an iced coffee and a bagel.
Never come on a Sunday, lady couldn't work the pos machine, was irritated that I ordered 2 specialty coffees, when I got the coffees wasn't what I ordered and was room temp at best, paid 5 dollars each for a regular coffee. They where actively trying to get people to not order sandwiches saying they would take forever. If these two lady's can't handle 5 people rushes probably need to find a new job. Would leave zero or negative stars if I could!
They almost always get your order wrong. Just ordered oatmilk latte, they made it with regular milk but I was too far to come back. Waste of money. When they get it right, it's good. It's a shame.
Never a long wait always in and out. Everyone where's a mask as required. They accept online orders and in person. Never long to get whatever I order usually only about 3-5minutes at most. Never over crowded
I bought a bagel with cream cheese and it had all this black stuff on the cream cheese and the bagel smelt like it was cooked in a dirty oven
I waited for over a half hour for a frozen drink that when finally received it was not frozen at all. Doughnuts stale, poor customer service as well (oh course when i wanted my money back, here comes attitude. Lame
Love the ladies who work here. They try to go above and beyond the only thing I would say is when it's crowded here they tend to fall apart but that's more of an understaffing issue than anything else.
Its a corporate store meaning no arrogance from an immigrant who arrived in the United States last week with the attitude that America and Americans are second to India
Open 24/7. No drive thru, but a decent sized parking lot. Gets your order correct more accurately than the other Dunkin‘s.
